I called them at 11am and they were at my house not even an hour later. Fixed the issue that was supposed to be addressed by Cluetts days before. Awesome service and would highly recommend.

Allen went above and BEE-yond! I am thankful that my refrigerator was broken; and I’ve never been happier to pay for an appliance repair!Before calling Allen’s we called another service company and it was going to be 2 days before they could even get to our home; instead Allen arrived that afternoon. Allen and Kevin were at my home evaluating our fridge and I was transferring food between fridges, when Allen heard my boys yelling outside. Without hesitation, he stepped outside to see if they were okay. My 8 Year old was running into the house – his entire backside head to toe blanketed in bees. As I tried to help him, Allen went and helped my 4 year old who was surrounded by what my son describes as a “tornado of bees.” Allen picked him up out of the center of the swarm and carried him to me. My 8 year old had 8 bee stings; my 4 year old had 4; and Allen got 5 while trying to save my son. At the time, my oldest son had never been stung so we did not know if he had an allergy or not. I don’t quite know how I would have helped both my boys at the same time if Allen and Kevin had not been there. Before they left they evaluated the problem with the refrigerator; ordered the part; and the repair was done quickly. My sons have a new hero and we definitely know who we will call next time we need a repair!

Allen St Jean Appliance is hands down the best place around. FIVE STARS all the way!! Our refrigerator stopped working on Friday morning at 8 am. We called numerous places and was told no one could come out until Monday. With a freezer full of food that wouldn’t work. We called Allen’s at 9 am and he answered right away. He said he was happy to help and would come out by 10. Not only did he show up but he was here 30 mins early. He knew what the problem was immediately and fixed it on site. I couldn’t be happier with his services. His professionalism, response time, work ethic, and prices were outstanding. Do yourselves a favor and CALL HIM when youre in need!! Thanks again!!! We really appreciate you and your hard work.

Called for service to disconnect and cap a gas dryer and was overwhelmed by the fast responsive and quality service. They made a stressful situation so much easier.

I was Very disappointed in the laid back additude towards the situatiion they put me in. When he came to get my icemaker going. He sealed up a leak without any checking the unit or even plugged back in fridg. he left. I plugged in refridg. had a error code. He tells me to stick a hair dryer in housing for 5 minutes. Since the fan was frozen and he should have told me this. Due to no ice for several months! I do as he says...It melts inside housing.After debate he comes back and says he will see if there is a part. He will call friday night. And dont worry. He does not call or follow up with if there is a part or what a solution will beuntil he returns my call Monday! In the meantime, no fridge, freezer for 4 days on holiday. I call manufacturer found part. He tells me to order it!! .... WT....I felt he just did not care to complete the job he started. Needless to say..bye! Piece of info that might help them and consumers...You should Never let them leave a job until you know EVERYTHING IS WORKING.Never let a client do something to do what you should have done. Just a piece of information for THEM to move forward. And if you say your going to do something do it. ITS NOT THE CLIENTS JOB TO FIND PARTS FOR THEM. And to leave them hanging for 3 days without a call on progress REGARDLESS OF HOLIDAY. IF I CAN RESEARCH IT. THEY COULD OF TOO. Patience ran out. And all I wanted was to know if it can be fixed and what to do in the meantime..😪lesson for me. Never prepay, never let anyone leave after it runs. Never do job for tech! No talk on accountability. So I guess..I eat it.
