I sell Vintage games online, some going for 100s of dollars. They have lost MULTIPLE shipments. and help is nowhere to be found. I might just change to FedEx.
It would be a 5 star, but the cashiers really need some customer service training. Ive been in line, about 4 people in front of me, and the cashier act like no one is there. They talk to the customers who have finished their purchase for like 20min. The cashiers never utter a professional, Ill be right with you, nothing. Just loud gossip that I dont want to hear.

I have never had a problem with this office. The workers are usually friendly, but always helpful and efficient. They always answer any questions I have, and return a likewise courteous demeanor even when its clear theyve had a rough day. Ive never had an issue with their mailmen or deliveries either.
I put my mail in the mailbox as any other day and as usual if they don’t have anything to deliver to me they will NOT even stop to pick up my outgoing mail. I’ve gone in and complained about it and nothing. I’ve even put balloons or a flag on my mailbox post to flap in the breeze to get their attention, you’d think that would work nope. And by the way don’t even try to call them because you cannot even talk to a living, breathing human being. Dam government at it’s best NOT.
Still waiting for my stuff and I know it is at post office in adrian michigan.
Super upset right now because I ordered things for fathers day that were supposed to be here this afternoon. Earlier in the week I had a pair of shoes coming and they gave me a key to a locker in my mailbox. So i go there to get my stuff out of locker number 70, only to find out there is no locker 70 and the supervisor was supposed to call me when they find my package.. well same thing just happened with my fathers day gifts. Same nonexistent locker 70 key. And now I cant even go there to figure things out because its closed! Unbelievable. Funny too because they delivered my fiances shoes to our door, and my Walmart things to my door. But not these packages? Seems like they have a lazy mailman, who might be stealing packages since my key is to a locker that doesnt exist.
New to the area. staff is wonderful and post office working hard to make the customers happy.
Literally one of the worst postal services. They pick and choose what mail to deliver to you. I have gone in multiple times claiming that I still live at my current residence and proof on my driver license and I still receive emails and calls regarding that my important documents have been redelivered.
When you come in to mail a package the clerks are too busy talking to each other or even to other customers to even help the customer in front of them. Then to top it all off they want you to go overnight with everything you bring in even if you tell them upfront that its media mail! I AM NOT PAYING $45 TO MAIL A BOOK!
These people are rude and lazy. Instead of coming up to our house and leaving the packages like they should, they stick a slip in the box and make us come pick it up. We have complained multiple times and have gotten nowhere! Such an inconvenience for people who work 12 hours a day and just want their packages delivered, that’s the point of online shopping. Super annoyed with the poor service.
Your driver harassed us for where we were parked but theres no no parking signs. Trying to tell me to move the car while the driver was inside even though i told him i dont have a license and cussing me out. Real professional. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
We have a good friendly carrier, and if there are ever any tracking issues, Tino at the post office has always been very professional and willing to assist us.
Staff is always friendly and helpful.
Needed to mail some books but didn’t have a box. I grabbed a box off the shelf and was called up there so I told her what I needed. She rudely said “well I can’t do anything with this until you put it in the box” then told me I needed to buy a roll of tape for almost $4 for this ONE package. After that another woman (I believe her name was Tonya) said she would help me, found a box that wasn’t being used so I didn’t have to pay for one, and taped it shut for me.
I always have to walk up and down my street looking for my packages Im not sure why its so hard for the u.s. postal service to read the numbers on a package and match it to a house but Im really tired of it and you cant even call the postal service and talk to them because they always say a 50-minute call wait time no matter what time of the day it is they are terrible I cant believe I have to pay for shipping and then go searching for my packages.
The worst post office ever! Multiple complaints from multiple addresses. I live in an apartment and they cant even distinguish the difference between Apt 1 and Apt 2. Some days we get our neighbors mail and some days they get ours!! That is unaccpetable!!! For my job they have also failed to deliver mail, and left notices saying they missed us when we were there the entire time! Theyre just too lazy to get out of their truck!! Or they try to cram 30 lb boxes into a mailbox that is bolted to the wall. Are you serious? The weight almost tore our mailbox down!! They repeatedly lie and dont even know what theyre doing!! One day, they missed us but we were told theyd make another attempt the next day. They stopped by with our normal mail but didnt even leave a slip about the package!!! We would have got it ourselves if it was so hard for them to do their own job! If youre thinking about moving here, dont! The stress from missing mail repeatedly is enough to institutionalize someone.
Do not call the number, you will get no where! Smh
