The first time I ever went to this store I did not have a good experience due to an online system issue and didn’t think I would ever be back. First of all when i asked to pay my loan a day leter because a holiday delayed my check, i was told it was against the law. Its up to the payday lender. Second, it wasnt until after i was told the lady she was wrong did she tell me i could have done an eep on my loan. My problem with that is i was admitted into the hospital for surgery and wasnt able to. I didnt know my check was going to be delayed and i shouldnt be punished for it. There should be a better way to deal with things like this instead of telling the customer oh well were gonna deposit your check. This is the first time ive dealt with this company and i wont be doing it again. Ive never had an issue with ANY OTHER payday loan place in adrian. They all have no problem giving someone an extra day because of a holiday. Such a shame.

Crystal has always been the one to do my fiancé loans and she has always been very helpful to us. She also has an amazing personality thats very welcoming to everyone, shes always helped us out and made sure we where welcome to be in there. We would recommend this place for anyone that would need to get a little extra cash to help out with anything.

Service is slow when busy and new customers. Waited over an hour just to make a payment I probably would of borrowed more money but I was frustrated and just wanted to leave. This place needs more help and better way to get people in and out faster. I went to cash advanced down the road and I was in and out quickly. If this place doesnt find a way to speed up the process for loans and new customers theyll be losing some customers. The customer representative are nice and friendly but to help them out Check N Go just needs to changed theyre process somehow.

This place is awesome, and the ladies give great service especially Hannah, she is very nice. The only complaint I have is the fact that we have to sign a book of a contract and thats kind of annoying. It makes the process longer. Please change.

Machelle at the Adrian location is the best. When you call to ask a question she knows who you are by voice. She always greets us in the nicest manner and is very easy to ask questions and get answers from. The most helpful and understanding employee that you have. Give her a raise and a vacation she deserves it.
