I like the convenience of this car wash, and theyve made some nice upgrades. The Free vacuums are great. But I dont think the quality of the wash is the greatest. When I pay $14 for the works I shouldnt see dirt still on my car afterwards. 😒

As an automatic wash, they are not the best for the money. Last time I was through, the machine left a lot of dirt on the top of the car and in several places along the underbody. Outdoor vacuum was nice and easy to use.

They sprayed wheel cleaner on my very hott hood witch burnt in to my clear coat Id avoid this lack of care / experience

Horrible we just bought a three month pass ☹️ our mirror got broken we we called and someone from the office in Toledo answered and told us to go back to the car wash and talk to the manager to file a report. He told my husband it didnt happen there and refused to do anything about it, he called the Toledo office to let them know we were calling and it didnt happen there. The owner said it was our work against his and she had to go with her employees word☹️. Sad customer service and sadly I refuse to return to use my pass I just bought.

They opened with all new equipment, but the quality of work has deceased!! I had to go through two times to get this result (see image). When I called, the main office in Toledo stated, We have told the guys to focus on the windshield and top of vehicles. Customers were complaining that it was taking too long to clean the wheel wells. If they arent clean the first time, all we can recommend is that you go through twice. Wow, we dont pay a monthly fee to go through twice and come out like this. Not to mention, they never clean the front or back of your car (just spray) and the brushes never reach them either. My tailgate is never clean and bugs still on the front in the summer. What happened to pride in your business. I generally have to wash my wheel wells and tailgate at another car wash by hand before going to this one. There has to be one that is better for your money. Time to shop around!

I can’t quite go 5 stars but we’ve been customers for years and have always been happy with them. I think the only down side may be if the younger guys in the front don’t pay extra attention- you can get some residue that might be left. I love the free vacuums and the mat washer is the bomb. For the price- this is the best option in town by far.

We paid for the more expensive car wash, when we were done, there was mud running down the side and of our car still. Not worth the money we paid.

They come back from a godly amount of time of being closed down for a fire when they stated several times that they were going to be open by mothers day. Well, that came and went and they finally open with higher prices and less quality workmanship. Left bugs on my windshield and grill and when I went back to inquire, the attendant stated they no longer scrub on the vehicle... not a good experience... will recommend and find a better car wash experience...

They keep my vehicles spotless

Up from the ashes they arose, after there electrical fire these folks went all out with new high tech equipment. They’re addition of new equipment and LED lighting definitely up’s the wow factor of getting your car cleaned in automatic car wash. IMO

Back of my truck is always still dirty.

I always go to the car wash on deal days because I live on a dirt road and usually my car is still somewhat dirty after I leave the car wash. The guys at Maple City spent a good 5 minutes spraying and scrubbing my car before I even went through! I am SUPER impressed and wont even hesitate to go on a regular day. Well worth the $$$.

Cleaned the car but a little pricey. And they no longer hand dry afterwards. Most likely will not go back. Just simply because of the price.

Nothing like paying for the works, and having to wash my truck again when I get home. Missed the tailgate, bumper, and back of my cap, not to mention the bottom six inches of my doors and side steps. The service has definitely fallen short over the past few years, but I kept hoping it would get better. Im done wasting my money here. Hibernating bears have more ambition than the crew I had today.

Expensive and there is always dirt left on the back of my car. I found another place I go now. They do a great job.

Wish we had a car wash that took the time to do a good job, no matter the line, these employees are very quick to push you through....NEXT!!!, just hosing down your vehicle, not taking pride in their establishment. I have to wash my truck in A2, its ok cause I work there, but, Id like to support local.

Friendly, careful, and courteous staff. Cheap all around automatic wash options, and they even offer a wax option! This is the only car wash I use when Im in town, and theyve always been reliable.

My experience was terrible, very unprofessional. The staff was rude and slow.

The brushes that they use dont go all the way around the vehicle so they should hand wash the front in the back as before but as times go people forget to do what theyre supposed to do.
