This place is so unprofessional, I went in yesterday on July 30th and made a reservation to pick up a car today on the 31st I was promised the car would be back by 2pm and when I called at 2 they had told me “she wanted to extend her usage of the car and the car wasn’t going to return til 7pm” I called back at 7 & they told me “the car still isn’t back” I called back at 8pm and they told me the same again & said they tried to get a hold of her. I am now here at 11:30pm and the car “still isn’t back” and now I don’t know how I’m supposed to make it to work at 4am. Guess this is why you don’t depend on people🤷🏽‍♀️

Its not true, this place is not open 24h. I been told to Come back at 8h !!!

I really didn’t like this place due to the fact they made me go get my insurance I had to drive back to Victorville come back and I was on my uncles insurance plan and just cause my name wasn’t on the insurance card they didn’t give me the rental which was stupid cause I was on the insurance worst service ever
