Michael shot my wedding more than two years ago. While he took some decent photos, he never delivered the photo album he promised which was about 30% of the value of the contract. He claims that he has shipped the item to us, but we never received the package. I cannot be sure if hes telling the truth because he was irresponsible in several occasions, including responding to emails/phone calls and delivering the product (digital photos, hard disk) on time. Because of his failure to deliver/respond on time, it took him a year and a half to finally tell me that the package was already sent to me at which point I could not find the package anymore. He simply stopped responding to me because I cannot afford to deliver the product twice. In summary, I would give him the benefit of doubt and say he probably did send me the package, but his failure to do it on time and inform me about it caused this big mess. I do not recommend him, especially for events as important as your wedding.Edit: Michael, Im glad that you are finally responding promptly. My move took place several months after the date you have claimed that you sent me the package. As I have mentioned to you before, if you could provide any evidence like the shipping receipt or a tracking number (or even a picture of the final product), I will drop this claim. Please reconsider my request.
