Contacted Francesco Cacucciolo after seeing positive reviews online for this Real Estate Group. I was interested in selling my house in Naperville, IL. We discussed everything over the the phone and he said he would get back to me with some information on selling my home and next steps. Well, Francesco Cacucciolo never returned my calls. I called him a few more times only to go to voice mail. He basically just blew me off. Francesco Cacucciolo, however, is a flake and didnt even have the common courtesy to call me back to tell me he didnt want to take on my house sale. Poor. Needless to say I was able to sell my home using a different agent whom turned out to be great.
