Tim and his team are amazing to work with. They are reasonably priced for cleaning and repairs. They do high quality work on repairs and provide excellent pool cleaning and chemical treatments.....and what I love is its always consistent. Some pool companies run through employees so you rarely have the same person cleaning your pool which means more issues and more unnecessary communications with the pool company I also love the fact that they send you a pool cleaning report via email after each cleaning and include a picture like below. If you need a pool company you will be very happy with Pool Steward.

After I had them come out to view the pool and what needed to be done I got a response of everything is on back order. That’s understandable. However, I NEVER heard back from them until I called. I called TWO months later and I was told that they had no idea what I was talking about. They then said they would get back to me once again. VERY poor quality service! Pool Steward replaced my salt cell in 2020. They are professional, honest, and helpful. After a year of floating cholorine tablets had a functioning salt water pool. I rebuilt my Polaris 280 pool cleaner during the pandemic and it didnt work properly. Tim came out and told me exactly what I had done wrong, and how to adjust the Polaris so it would work properly. They are the only pool company I will use.

I cannot say enough favorable comments about Pool Steward. Tim and his team have proven to be absolutely dedicated. The true test came last week, when we experienced an historic winter storm in Texas. Even though Tim was being pulled in many directions, he ALWAY responded to my questions promptly, either by phone or text. He was never out of touch. In anticipation of the coming storm, Rodney made a special trip (at my request) to our house to check the equipment and make a few adjustments to help ensure our pool would not freeze. He also showed me how to quickly disengage the equipment in the event of trouble and explained the trouble indications I should look for. Throughout the storm, Tim was always accessible. He checked in with me periodically. In the end, everything worked as Tim, Rodney, and Caleb said it should. I know I got lucky, but I also was fully confident that if something went wrong, Tim and his team had my back. They are highly competent professionals that can be counted on to do right by their customers.

When we were hit by the October 2019 tornado and my pool was filled to the top with debris, they were out the next day to access the issue and had my pool sparkling clear within days. And when things need to be repaired, they always look for the most practical repair rather than just immediately call for replacing things. They have saved me a lot of money over the years.

These guys are good! My pool sweeping pump cracked the pump housing and was spraying water 10 feet into the air. I had to turn the whole system off with flooding storms occurring and more coming. They got the pump and had me going within 48 hours. That’s incredible considering the circumstances.

Tim worked with me and found me the best deal He installed anew filter then a month later I needed a new pump he worked with me and was cheaper then my pool maintenance quoted me and I’ve had them cleaning my pool for 3 years He was fast replies write away and I couldn’t be happier with his service he is stored in my phone for any future pool repairs
