I got notification saying my package was home. I checked right away and there was nothing there. I called about 4 times till someone send me this information because it was one of the drivers. All they said was “your package was probably stolen then” and thats it. Im so angry at the way they do things. I know for a fact my package was probably delivered elsewhere and they can’t help me. This is horrible. Hope one day one of you get treated this way so you can see how it feels. this was a very important package. Horrible service.

How can you make such inaccurate estimates of delivery? If the driver arrives earlier that expected how do I know if it’s coming? Do live-tracker or something to see where the hell is driver. No updates, no email nor phone updates as well, although I signed up for them.The driver was lazy and ignorant to stop and give the freaking package that I’ve been waiting for 1.5 months. He just drove away in front of me and told omg sorry I can’t stop blah blah. It costs nothing to stop for 30 seconds or offer to follow him to next stop to receive it. So what? I’ll have to wait another week or two.

Lots of parking the Hub is on the left (east) once turning into the main.entrance & the store as well as the admin office are on the long building/small business suites last unit is where u go for interviews, the big building on left is where the local areas approx 300,000 packages are processed daily. Always friendly and helpful no matter how busy the lady in the UPS store treats everyone cheerfully. It was a nice. Surprise considering other companys customer service. Quick to make sure youre happy with the package & you get answers if for some strange reason your package isnt there when you arrive. Great place keep up the great work & Thank You!! I only ship UPS after the positive experiences Ive had at this specific location.

Service was fine, thanks to the supervisor. However, I waited a month to receive a package and then for some reason they decide to hold in the facility for no reason. They delivered have the shipment and held the other. And refused to deliver the last box. I believe the drivers are lazy and the customer center blames the customer instead of holding the drivers accountable. The supervisor was nice and helpful but the first associate I spoke to was rude and very short.

UPS drivers didn’t do their job properly, did not deliver our package at home, have to call customer service and they said will get a call in an hour. Nobody call you at all, went their location before they closed, driver was not there yet. The helpful employee said ground service is not guaranteed!!! My package was in their facility since Friday and cannot get it until end of Monday? I ordered a new phone for my husband birthday and running late because of UPS poor service. I wasted my time 40 minutes driving and have to go back tomorrow again. They don’t even have direct phone number. They don’t care about customer service. It’s not my first experience, it’s awful!

I swear EVERY SINGLE TIME I get a package, they say they attempted to deliver it, when they never do. How are you going to say you attempted the delivery, but make no efforts to ring the doorbell of the apt? This is how I also know they didn’t “attempt” to deliver... they leave the access point paper on the mailbox...😑🙄😒 they lazy. 🙄🙄🙄

Horrible staff. The ladies at the counter are so rude and unhelpful! The manager is very unprofessional as well. These people are sad losers. If you can’t be kind, don’t work in customer service.I asked for the number of a manager above them to speak to and was threatened and told they would call the cops. Fire them all and hire new staff if you want good service

Had the old out for delivery by the end of the day and then changed to transit.. not happy, changed it to pick up here. See how that goes later today..Need to take a look at why this is happening to so many people... is it caused by the driver loaded and ups needs more hands to deliver, or is it that the drivers do not care? If it’s because I have to sign, fine! But leave a “sorry we missed you” or anything!It’s sad when my local post office delivers better then ups and I don’t pay as much for my delivery’s.That package better be ready for pick up going on two days past delivery schedule*Update*Package was “lost”.. was told my best bet was to call the shipper and ask for a new one... had to start an investigation. If someone took it, hope it’s worth there job.Luckily the company I made the purchase from was stand up people. Sending me a new one, and are gonna keep me informed on the investigation.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Ive never had issues with any shipping facilities in the past until now. My package was delayed for more than a week. UPS claims driver made several attempts throughout the week for delivery but never left a notice number or bothered to knock at my door. I checked my house cameras all week long, but UPS never even drove by. They made me drive from Aurora to Addison and still had the audacity to make me wait almost an hour. ITS BEYOND RIDICULOUS!!!!

I have to say that this facility customer services rep was extremely helpful and diligent. The automatic system said I would get a call back shortly and they promptly called me back in less than a minute after getting off the phone. The facility rep work diligently with the driver and went out of their way to help re-route my package to the correct address and actually saved my day from getting my package to the correct address. Thank you so much for the work that you do!!!!!

A package was lost and things were a bit messed up at first, but Barb H and Kim H were absolutely so helpful. They are the reason I am giving this 5 stars. They work on thousands of packages with thousands of people and still make sure you are their priority. They went above and beyond to find my package when the UPS customer service @ 1-800 was HORRIBLE. Barb and Kim also make sure you aren’t on hold for no more than a minute, whereas UPS is about an hour. Barb and Kim called back every single time they said they would and even checked in after my package was delivered to make sure everything was okay. Their job is overwhelming, especially around the holiday season, but these two excelled at doing just their job. I appreciate them so much and they deserve a raise!

Recently I was here looking for a lost packet. The team here is amazing, the did everything possible to find my packet. They gave me their numbers and kept me informed on everything they were doing to find the packet. I never was happy with UPS in the past, they always disappointed me with their service. The latest event changed my opinion about them. There are some employees who take their job seriously and go beyound their zones to help customers. They deservedrespect and appreciation. This place is the most horrible UPS ever. I started out as a customer and the staff at the CS Center was always nasty. If I wasn’t moving my car fast enough out of the space they’d someone out there to come yell at me. And I’m not the only person I see this happen to. Not only the but the whole parking lot is dysfunctional and have even had my car hit by one of their employees who was speeding through and fails to stop. This last winter I applied and got into a position in the warehouse for this location for the midnight shift and the Management was horrible especially a woman named Cordy I swear hell sent her. They tried to force me to quit on numerous occasions, including when I was injured on the job. I was told by a supervisor named Dylan on load that I was allowed to come back then was told that I couldn’t stay. I went to reapply but they wouldn’t let me back and had put me on a no hire back list. DO NOT EVEN APPLY OR SEND YOUR MONEY TO THIS PLACE!

We have ordered multiple amazon Alexa’s and other amazon items like a trampoline ladder and they always seem to be damaged at Addison, IL UPS. Absolutely ridiculous!! We’ve had THREE items in the last two weeks lost or damaged at this facility. Better management and quality of service needs to be assessed. We will begin requesting other carriers for our items and bugging amazon so they understand the failure of the UPS in Addison, IL.

UPS Customer Center of Westmont is my go to shipping way of sending my clients their packages. The staff is super friendly and always guide me in the right direction when is comes to saving money on shipping. There are a variety of boxes you can purchase as well if you so happen to need. Lines move quick and the wait is always minimal.

Our building currently has remodeling going on in the front door entrance and hallway so the delivery driver seen that and just drove off stating that the building is abandoned. Not one phone call or not one attempt to ring the doorbell was made and the doorbell and mailbox names are located on our front gate which is just feet before the main door entry. So now my package is in route to be sent back to the sender and when I called customer service they couldn’t do anything about it but “give me a call back after an hour” which i never got. The absolute worse.

The ladies who work there are the nicest people Ive met, theyre also very patient with me because sometimes I show up super early way before the packages have been brought upstairs, they talk with me and we joke around and I honestly have a good time. If you ever need to send a package OR pick one up select this location because youll be treated great

I wanted to thank from all my heart the driver (and his wife) who deliver in AURORA (Cane Garden Circle)! You saved my Christmas! Sorry, I dont have your name, but this company need to give you a holiday bonus!!! (Administration, please, take a look on my review)I had a really bad day and in addition I was chasing my package for two days without succes because the shop where it supposetly must be delivered didnt want to sign for it. I was literraly crying on my bed when I heard an UPS car stop by. I ran out and explained the situation. This wonderful driver called his collegue (who had my package) and accepted take it on the road and bring it back to me (he and his wife are already finished their day).Its a real Christmas story for me because I couldnt go to Addison for this package. Im on my second time sensitive package (for a childrens Christmas donation) that has been sitting at the facility for 4 days. They said they could have sent it to the usps for delivery but didnt because they were going to be in my area. My post office does a far better job, and I wish they would have transferred it so I could have gotten my package on time. Extremely disappointed.

Time sensitive package paid an extra $10 for one day shipping. Everything was going smoothly until it got to this carrier (which is at most 20 minutes from where I live) at around 6:47 am and they have a time delay. Package is now not expected to arrive until Wednesday December 7th when it was supposed to arrive December 1st. I would see if I could it pick up myself but I am going to school and dont get home most days until after they are closed.

Worse even than the one I used to deal with. The lady was screaming at me for complaining about a missed delivery. The driver was knocking on the back door of the complex and who in the world would do that? Residents parks at the front and dont even have a key to the back door. I didnt even know of its existence. I see like 10 notices posted there.The lady there said to me well, we are there, and thats all we need to do. Oh well, if thats customer service then UPS deserves to go under. FedEx is like 1000 times better. We need another major parcel company to emerge and drive UPS out of business!

I was suppose to receive my package yesterday but ups didnt come or even leave a note, so I checked on ups website to find out that the first attempt was made even though I was home all day waiting and therefor the second attempt was scheduled after 4 days because of the holiday and weekend! So I called them right away and went to receive it myself the same day and the customer service was closed early that day and I had to knock on the door many times until they opened (because I saw some customer still inside), even though when I called them they gave me appointment between 7:30 pm and 9:30 pm but they closed at 7:40 pm!It was a big package and I almost left it there because there was no enough room for its size in my car so I opened the box and divided the stuff to be able to put them in the car! And I found that theres other people from where I live came asking for their packages that day! So obviously the guy just decided no to come that day. It was an awful experience.

Don’t follow waze or google maps to get to pickup center. 102 is truck terminal. take road immediately to the north with sign that says 100 s lombard rd and drive up the ramp and all the way to the end where you will find pickup center

Waited 3.5 hours in the customer care center for my package that was to be picked up that day. After two hours they asked for my name and phone number, that Id receive a call and I can pick it up at the west security gate. I go to the security gate at 8:30pm since I know they close at 9 inside...they tell me it got loaded and wont unload my package. Worst service. If you know where my package is, go work and get it.

Im wring this review now when sitting in this UPS customer center. By all means I will avoid this place in the future if not UPS as a whole.I have a package scheduled to deliver on Friday between 2:15 pm and 6:15 pm. However, at 1:30 pm on Friday, I got an email from UPS saying they missed me since no one was at home to sign the package. My choices include changing the delivery to a UPS facility for pickup today. So I went with it and was told by the website there will be someone from this place calling me within one hour confirming the time and location for pickup. The call never came.On Monday morning, before I went to work, I confirmed with UPS customer service that my pckage had been hold at this place and ready for pickup. So I chose to stop by before going to work. This a bad idea. I am now sitting in this place waiting for more than 20 minutes. They are still moving my package from the vehicle downstairs.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! My package was supposed to be delivered Thursday, but they didnt come or leave a note. Online said failed to deliver so I called them. No answer even though it was 2 hours before they closed. I left a message...no response. Friday comes and they do stop by; however, they didnt bother to let me know (I didnt leave all day). They left a note saying that I needed to sign for them to drop it off, but I was there!!! I call again, no answer, so I go to voice mail. The mailbox is FULL, so I cant leave a message! It asks if I want to transfer to an operator, to which I answer yes. The system then says it cant transfer me to the operator that it just suggested and hangs up on me. Worst service ever and I still dont have my package.

Called the Addison post office and was told that UPS always tell customers that their package has been shipped over when it truly hasnt. So i called my post office in Lombard and they told me the same exact thing. So i contacted UPS in Addison for the second time and a loady pretty much just told me she had no idea where my package is.....The frustration

If you have a package held here and they email you that its ready for pickup... Wait. Twice now, I get the email around 715am, they open at 8, and walked in at 830... Had to wait 20 minutes each time before held packages were brought over. Figured the 1st time was a fluke. It wasnt. Theyre friendly enough but a waste of time. Was driving home on Lombard avenue at 6:45 pm today and 2 UPS workers were walking to their cars in the parking lot across Lombard. As I approached the crosswalk, they were still on the grass, but apparently, one of them thought that all cars should stop for them to cross, so he threw his water bottle at my car as I drove past. Full uniform, in front of his own building, shouting profanities like a drunken sailor. Keep in mind, the law states that cars need to stop for pedestrians in the crosswalk. I have no problem with that. However, the mere presence of pedestrians doesnt mean traffic comes to a stop. One actually has to be in the crosswalk in order to earn the right of way. UPS should be embarrassed to have these morons working for them. Ill never use them again.

I run a store in which requires me to transfer items from nearby locations. I have customers waiting for parts and never get a delivery at a consistent time. Ive gotten packages at 10AM Noon 1:30 2 2:30 and even as late as 4. I close at 3:30.

I hate picking up things here. I had to reroute package since UPS could not deliver in the requested times. I was notified my package was here. No one could find my package. Two hours later I was told to go home and they would call. Got a call package was found only to deal with a woman with attitude.. she should not be in customer service. Theyre all thieves dont leave stickers for delivery attempted sorry about missed delivery. Dont scan items so you cannot track anything and no proper customer service. Someone will call you on about an hour..... almost 2 hours and waiting. Never wish to have a company use them again. Was looking forward to the package for something to do today but I have to wait another day. UPS should have a no star option. Still waiting to see where my package is must be ok to leave an item in limbo for so long that it can be lost only for an employee to take it home and use it.

I had a package come in from another country for business. It has been sitting in Addison for a week. It has been scheduled for delivery for the last three days. Now Im trying to have them figure out where the heck it is. They are saying that they have to talk to the shipper and to the receiver to find out whats inside, the weight, the invoice #, the P.O.#, etc. AND they wont start looking for it until they talk to both parties (shipper/receiver). Its in Addison, IL UPS people. Its either hanging out on a truck, you gave it to someone else, or its in your distribution center.Do yourself a favor and GO WITH FEDEX!

I had a recent issue with trying to receive a package i had one-day delivery to my apartment. I asked my boyfriend to work from home that day to receive it for me.When UPS attempted the delivery, I place a note on the door saying the buzzer for our apartment wasnt working but someone was home and left a cell phone number. Which I was told to do by the 1-800 number representative I talked to the day before to complain about the driver leaving our packages on the sidewalk outside our apartment building since November.The delivery was attempted, but no one was there for a signature. I am going to admit I might have been quite rude to the representatives I talked to, because I was frantic about this package, had no opportunity to pick it up, since I went to work in the morning then went straight to Aurora after work to be there to set up costumes for elementary to high school show that was in tech week.The representative was some what helpful and gave me the route of the drive to try to catch him, but she did tell me when I was telling her there was no way someone could get the package from the facility and no one could be home Wednesday or Thursday and I needed that day that she was Sorry for my personal problems, but they could not contact the driver and that was the best they could do was for me to try and meet up with him.He ended up making his way back to my apartment after 4, so I guess they were able to get a hold of him.
