She gave me attitude and the most disgusted looks like Im the one responsible for her not liking her job. 1 star is too generous. If youre a minority you better come in with the right skin tone otherwise they treat you like garbage.

Worst customer service ever. I need to return a dangerous item to the manufacturer. They sent me a FedEx label and instructed me to be sure I use a FedEx location that accepts dangerous items. I looked up locations on the FedEx website and found this one. When I arrived, they didnt even look at the label, just said they dont take that item despite what the company website says. They flat out refused to even double check.Got in my car and called customer service as now I dont trust the FedEx website. After going through their nightmare phone tree, I spoke to someone who told me this was my closest location. He said they should take it and told me to go back inside. Why would I drop off my item at this location when they clearly dont know what they are doing? I asked them to tell me the next closest location that would accept my item. He said there were none... in all of Dallas/Ft Worth, just that one. Then he had the nerve to ask me why I needed this item and why did I need to return it. NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS, FedEx! I had to press him to look in other nearby cities - Plano, Lewisville, etc - and ended up hanging up on the moron.

FedEx priority overnight must be signed for packet shipped on Saturday was slated to arrive Noon on Monday. Waited by my door until 1:30PM when it updated until end of day. I waited all day and night. Never showed. I should have been at Christmas with my family. Tracking history updated that night to show it hadn’t even left from 19 hours across the country until 4:00 PM on Monday. I COULD have been with my family. The next day (Tuesday) delivery is slated by noon. I wait until past noon. Delivery then says end of day. I get a notification around 1:00PM that the driver attempted to deliver and no one is home. No knock. No rung bell. I have been intentionally home, quite and keeping an eye on the door for 24 hours and then no one even attempts to deliver. When I call, my options are to either wait until 5:30 and drive halfway across town to pick it up or wait until tomorrow for another attempt at delivery. I should be with my family right now celebrating the holidays, but I’m sitting home still waiting on my FedEx delivery. Thank you.It’s also expensive and I won’t sign electronically in case someone doesn’t want to knock and wAit for me to walk to the door.You’re also welcome for the Gatorade and cookies you took off the table I leave out for delivery people.

Anytime I use this location my package does not get picked up and is delayed. Do not use this location if you depend on daily pickup times. I haven’t had this problem at other FedEx stores.

The worst customer support I have ever seen at a fedex shipment location. Only one reperesentative works through out the store taking all responsibilities and taking care if one customer for morethan ten minutes in the queue.Lack of skills and lack of knowledge it took me twenty five minutes to pass three customers and ship my packet. I would never come to this location again

Completely passed by my location to deliver my package. Then they sent me a notice to come by after 6 pm to pick it up if I didnt want to wait the extra day. Got there at 6:01 and the worker behind the counter yelled at me they were closed....And then let someone in after me as I was leaving....

My phone was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday but a signature was required and I was not home. I called Fedex and I was told to sign the door tag and the phone would be left on Thursday. I signed the door tag and the item still wasnt left. I called Fedex again and they told me that they would hold my package so I could pick it up. On Friday at 12:00 I went to go pick up my package and I was told by Kim that another delivery was being made and that I could come back to Fedex after 6:00 to pick up my package. I came at 7:00 and I was told that my package was returned to the sender and they couldnt do anything about it. At this point Fedex has made so many misrepresentions and flat out lied, I will never deal with this company again by choice.

I ordered a new iPhone from AT&T and somehow it went missing from Addison. I opened a case on it with FedEx at the location. No follow-up with meto date and it has been 2 full weeks. Caused bigproblems with ATTWS that I am still dealing with.Been 4 months now and still no follow up or pertinent information from FedEx. I have calledmany times only to get the same result. Theywill have to call me back and I get nothing.Still dealing with the same issues from ATTWS.This is by far the worst experience I have had with customer service from anyone.Very disturbing that such a large respected company would allow this to happen. ThePandemic is not an excuse anymore.

You put my shipment of needles in the PATHOGENS BOX outside the door of the pregnancy place next door to my work. Why would you do that? How did you even get in there?! It is clearly marked NOT FOR MONEY OR DRUGS. FOR BLOOD AND URINE SPECIMENS ONLY. When the box was found, it was covered in liquid, which Im assuming is piss. Human piss. Needless to say, the contents of my package are contaminated and completely unusable now. I called multiple fed ex offices in the area and NONE of the places would help me. Every single one of you gave me attitude and pushed me off on corporate. I called corporate 3 times and was told its the needle companys responsibility. YOU HAVE ONE JOB. The very best part is the mail box was RIGHT NEXT to the box it was shoved in. Thanks for remorselessly ruining $45 worth of my supplies. Youre the worst.

All of the staff is lazy and rude at this location. They wouldn’t ship our breakable items because they were too lazy to wrap it securely. We had the exact same item shipped 2 weeks prior at the Stonebriar location without any issues. Also, when we mentioned nicely that they had shipped the exact items for us at the Stonebriar location, the employee was very rude and told us they couldn’t help us. Save your time and money and go to the Stonebriar location.

Its just a hunch, but Ill bet most anyone who may someday find themselves seriously considering a visit to this specific location of a FedEx Ship Center, is already well enough aware - most likely through personal experience - of what FedEx is all about.So my review will focus not on issues related to the corporation, their services, pricing, delivery options, or anything else anyone can learn from the marketing language on their corporate website.Of course, all of the things FedEx does as a corporation, which may or may not make them a better choice for a shipping services partner capable of meeting your unique needs, are certainly important...yes, even including the marketing language on their corporate website.However, as with any location of any company anywhere, absolutely Nothing is, or could ever be, more important to the goal of differentiating themselves from their competition, by establishing and promoting a source of distinction, than their people.The young lady who helped me ship a package this afternoon is more valuable to FedEx than the value of all their airplanes combined.She freaking nailed it!Im sure it was entirely routine to her, as there can be no doubt thats just the way she does things, probably most everything in fact, while shes at work, all day long, day after day.Whatever they pay her, it wont ever be enough, because they dont have that much. FedEx cant afford to compensate her in a way thats anywhere close to being commensurate to her value.If she, and enough others like her, fail to make sure that I, and enough others like me, leave her presence with the kind of incredibly positive memory about the fantastic customer service experience she enabled for me that inspired me to sit down and write this review...their airplanes will eventually be worthless, because they wont have any packages to fly.It kills me that I didnt catch her name, but FedEx knows theyve nothing to worry about, at least not with her, because Im sure she never fails to make every customer she meets feel special.

Constantly receiving notifications that my packages are delivered and no packages are at my door. Their only resolve is to contact the retailer. Is this a joke to them? Most people are shopping online, who wants to constantly have to go through canceling orders, receiving refunds and reordering items all bc FedEx cant deliver packages to the correct address???😠 I also notice that the drivers dont knock. I work from home and will work an entire 8 hour shift, get ready to leave out to run errands, open my door and there will be a package. Absolutely doesnt make sense to not alert me that there is a delivery. When calling to complain, the call center isnt helpful either. This is just ridiculous the hassle all to get items ordered through the mail...smh.

Had to pick up my package because the driver claimed the delivery address was incorrect but I confirmed it twice. The delivery address was correct, so the driver couldnt find the address and gave up? I dont know what happened, but that was really annoying.

I would give zero stars if I could. Clearly dont know how to re-deliver packages and will hold onto it for weeks. When I called to request delivery, (which I had to do three times) they lied to me all three times saying my package would be delivered when they CLEARLY had no intention of delivering it. Even worse, this package was time sensitive and they had no care.

This center was amazing! The people here were helpful, nice, and quick. I must say Addison is a wonderful Federal Express location. If you want an overnight pick-up go to ADDSION. We had a LIVE snake shipped here. My 16 year old son is already in college and wants to become a herpetologist. He has had an affinity for snakes and tarantulas since he was 5 years old. His investigation into these vertebrates is an amazement to watch. Most parents would discourage their children and loose the child’s natural enjoyment of life. Hopefully, he will become what he wants to help the world. Who knows? I hope he switches to Marine Biology. (Haha) for now we are investigating snakes. Federal Express will ship live animals and take good care of them. FYI!

I stayed home all day to be here for it. it never came. Then i receive this email saying that i wasnt here. So i had to drive out of my way to pick it up. When i got there, the staffs attitude was whatever. So i do not have the best experience with your facility but that does not warrant a 1 star.

One of the worst service I ever received. They keep updating customer not at home, they dont bother about delivery instructions we provide and there is ZERO possibilities to reach them to provide instructions. At least spent 2 hours to catch them in call, with no luck. First day they left door tag, next 2 days there was nothing and was at home to receive. No one showed up and no door tag as well. Updated shipment will be returned to sender. Their online shipping manager gives error, coudnt reschedule it as well. Left with no option now.

I just saw the delivery truck(FEDEX express) which did not stop my home. The truck just passed by my home. And I tracked my package on Fedex hompage at 1:26pm it said we made a delivery attempt: 05/22/2020 01:13PM....... last time i had same situation. This location delivery man usually do it.

Unless your only alternative is the USPS there is no reason you should be using FedEx for your shipments, they straight up accused me of trying to steal my own package despite the fact that my exact address appears on my license, and them attempted to blame Samsung but a mistake involving my address. Time and time they continue to function as a discount UPS, but without the savings. You and your package deserve better.

If you visit this location go before 12 noon. Thats lunch time and no matter how many people are standing in line or how long they have been standing there they will leave the front area shortly before 12 noon and go to lunch. The shift that comes on at 12 noon hasnt logged in yet. When they do they dont remember the password and cant find it written on pieces of paper in each drawer as someone keeps throwing them away. What shouldve taken 5-10 mins Max to pickup a package took over 30 mins!! The only good part was the 12 noon attendant apologized for the wait.

Had a very unpleasant experience with their staff. Me and my wife ordered computer from Dell and we wanted to pick it up from this location. After waiting for 30 mins in the line we have finally got our package and at the very moment we finished loading the package to our vehicle 2 ladies rushed out and yelled at us saying the package was not ours. They tried to rob the package back from our trunk and have threatened me that they will call security personnel and police if I dont want to give the package back to them, and lied that there were another set of boxes and what we took was wrong. We have all the confirmation email, order number, address, name, all the information matching on our package and they insisted that we cannot take what we have purchased from them otherwise there will be security concern. I have then asked the lady yelled at me if she have the right package handy she was just not answering and tried to take our goods from our trunk and she surrounded our SUV with their dollies. I just told her I need to confirm if they really have the correct one otherwise they cannot take our package but that two ladies insisted on treating me that I cannot take my own stuff and they will call security, and I gave her my ID to let her check if we were the right recipient. One lady went into the store with my ID while the other lady still asking me do you mean you dont want to give us these packages? for several times and kept saying there will be security concern if we refuse to yield our purchased merchandise. Finally after times of threatening and lying the other lady came out told her to let us go with a discriminating gesture and tone as if we have stolen something from FedEx. Apparently FedEx believe discrimination and threatening will help them when they dealing with Asian people but unfortunately I am here to prove they were wrong. This has just happened 30 mins ago and Im writing this review with great anger and agony since we are a small business owner that basically visit this store every day for shipping and I can still not believe FedEx will treat their customer like thief. I will contact a lawyer for the discriminatory speech and behavior as well as the so-called security concern threaten that happened today. Very very disappointing.

Ive been in the specific location over 5 times to pickup packages. My brother is disabled and he orders items on the internet, and evertime I go to pickup a package they never hassle me about a different first name, never once have they asked why he couldnt come pick it up himself, so I respect them for that.The drivers originating from this location are good people too. I had 6 packages being delivered while I was at work and my brother out of town, so I planned ahead and got door tags and signed them, he took every last one of them and left me my packages on the door despite being in an apartment complex.These guys at this location havent let me down yet, and if HR or staff is reading this, your doing a great job.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE-Will NEVER use FEDEX ever again!I am a local business owner who sells 90% of my items via the internet. Shipping my items on time and at a reasonable price are my biggest concern. I had an international order placed that needed immediate shipping via 3 day. I initially went to the USPS, where I do all my shipping but the price was hefty for what I was wanting and decided to head to FEDEX to see what they could do. Initially I was told by the rep that I would have to spend around $160 to get my item delivered within 3 days. I declined to use that and as I was leaving he said...wait we can do that via ground and it will be delivered by Saturday (four day) at a total cost of $50. I told him I needed to call my client to see if that would work. He provided me the necessary paperwork just in case I decided to use them. About an hour later I spoke with my client and he approved 4 day. I went back up to the same FEDEX and handed the rep (a new rep as the original rep was now gone for the day) my box and paperwork. I asked her to clarify that the box would arrive within 4 days and she said no. I would have to pay $160 in order to guarantee the box would arrive by then. I explained my conversation with the rep earlier and she pretty much told me there was nothing she could do...that the guy didnt know what he was talking about. I asked to speak with a supervisor. Needless to say the supervisor was useless and not the least bit concerned with helping me. I asked for the corporate number and left...heading back to my trusty USPS to ship it. I spoke with a lady from corporate who told me to turn around and go back...that she would pay for the shipping and it would arrive within 4 days. I was so grateful and my opinion of FEDEX changed significantly...I thought WOW that is customer service...she had redeemed them. I went back and sure enough they shipped the box at no charge and it arrived 3 days later. One month later I received a letter from FEDEX in the mail....I opened it to find a $2300 bill for shipping that box!!!! Not only was that ridiculous but my 5 lb box somehow mysteriously turned into a 480 lb. box. Im not weak but I can guarantee you I was not walking into a FEDEX location with a near 500 pound box! After spending another hour on the phone with FEDEX explaining the entire situation to 3 different people, they finally zeroed the balance (reluctantly). My time has been wasted here...Im not impressed with the reps ability to not only know how to do their jobs right but how to take care of a customer. I also want to point out that FEDEX should probably have a better system for comping customers...I mean I didnt even have an account with them but they shipped my item for no charge and then billed a non-customer?? Seriously?

Horrible service. I had a $300 package being delivered today, and around 1:35PM I receive a notification stating that no one was home?How can I not be home if I work from home?So I tried calling and of course they tell me the same thing, and that I can have them send in a request to see if the driver could turn around if they had time to do so, or if not, Id have to go and pick it up between 6pm-8:30pm.Like why do I have to pick up my item, when it was them that screwed up. Unless the driver was being a lazy ass, and said, I wasnt home... Cause there wasnt even a door tag. No nothing. Just an email notification. I work in my living room so Im more than sure I would have heard the door bell or someone knocking.Terrible service but sucks because I couldnt choose who I wanted to deliver my package..
