I have lived in Dallas for more than a year on a work contract. My housing location has changed twice and Charter has been very flexible and understanding each time I have moved. On second move, apartment was damaged by leaking rain water. Charter was right there to help me. Had the BEST experience working with two of their furniture movers today as I exchanged a couch. That process was seamless and extremely easy. I was able to get an accurate timing estimate for their arrival and therefore was able to be home. These drivers. were from Austin truck 6 - blanking on their names but they did a FANTASTIC job and were some of the most professional movers Id ever dealt with.

Just moved into my new apartment. Charter furniture made the process so easy! All my furniture was already set up, whew, way easier than trying to fit beds through doorways myself. I got the 2 bedroom avenue package as well as housewares. EVERYTHING was set up when I moved in. It made me feel immediately at home. I applied online and also spoke on the phone with them.
