Ive been twice now for the hair on my chin and neck and once for eyebrows. My neck and chin have a combination of extra long peach fuzz, blonde coarse hair, and dark coarse hair. There was a noticeable difference after the first round, and Im excited to see how effective each round after will be. For my eyebrows I asked to keep them as natural as possible, I just wanted them cleaned up. She did exactly that and left them tidy, full, and symmetrical, checking in a few times along the way to make sure I was happy with the progress. Felicity is fast, thorough, and her prices are incredibly reasonable. She has a cozy and clean office conveniently located to my place in Addison, and I know Ill be coming back as long as it takes to get this hair gone for good!

So glad I found this place! Felicity was so sweet and welcoming. She explained all the steps and she was so much faster then I had expected. Other places would tell me it would take 2.5 hours but she got it done and done well in one hour and 15 minutes!!Can’t wait to see the results - will definitely keep using her!

I thought the lady was unprofessional. The table that she asked me to lie down on was dirty and appeared to be uncleaned. She rushed my 30 minute session only spent 5-8 mins on me. I told her that it was extremely hot...she stated that it had to be to work. Didn’t apply any soothing cream or anything after the procedure. I still have scars from her work. I’ve been getting electrolysis for years and this by far was the worst place I’ve been too. I wouldn’t recommend or return.

Felicity did an amazing job!This was my first time getting any type of hair removal done and I thought it would be awkward. It was at first, but that was because of me being quiet. So she opted to play music on her Alexa, which was really chill and it made the 90-minute session go by faster.Everyone should definitely look into getting electrolysis done here, by far a good experience. Felicity is VERY FAST, at about 550 hairs per hour when she’s on a roll - you definitely want to go here. The pricing is fair and clear ($70/hr). The office is cute and comfortable. She explains the aftercare clearly. Appointment reminders are via text which is nice. She’s very responsive. This is my first time doing electrolysis and I’m very happy I found this place. Highly recommend.

OMG what a horrible experience! Reached to Felicity after driving for like 40 mins on a bad weather day. Upon entering she was sitting in her chair but never bothered to call out that hey I am here and come on in. I have had electrolysis done before and told her which areas I need to be treated and she goes,” do you have hair there?”. I am like yeah, I guess that’s why I was there coz I got hair. Anyways, she went on explaining what she will do etc and kept saying that we need to reschedule it again if you have shaved 7 days back and I told her it’s not more than 7 days so we are good here. Again she is looking at me with suspicion that I am lying. Then she goes if you had caffeine today we need to reschedule coz I can’t work on you. Well you should have told me when we were making appointments and texting about it. And ohh well, she dint look in right state of mind at all, as another reviewer said that she looked hungover and just rolled out of bed, that’s exactly how she was today, I wish I had paid more attention to that review and dint waste my time and energy. Don’t know what was going on but definitely not a professional behavior at all. I cancelled all my appointments with her, thank God! Can’t let her work on my face. Found her on Groupon and told her that I can pay you directly the Groupon price so she can get Groupon %. Well please do yourself a favor and never go here!

I love working with Felicity. She explains the whole process and makes you feel comfortable with everything. I expected more pain and was very happy to find it a pleasant experience. Much easier than waxing or lasers. I was very happy with how much progress can be had with each session. I expected to leave with less hair, but feel like I also left having made a new friend.

This was my first time at Flawlessly Ever after. I usually have a serious reaction after an electrolysis session but this time barely any at all. The technician explained each step of the procedure. The establishment was clean and she created a nice atmosphere with music as she work. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience! My first session was pain free with almost no irritation. When I showed up for my first appointment, there wasnt enough hair growth so she recommended that we reschedule for a later date. Another tech may have gone ahead with the session just to get paid but Felicity was concerned with the results and not just the money. She is careful and attentive and I highly recommend her services.

Great experience every time and the electrolysis works! Note that it does take a series of treatments to remove all hair, depending on how much growth you have.
