We live in an apartment complex with 6 buildings. The package room for the entire complex is not located in my building. I am old and it is difficult for me to walk back and forth to the package room carrying boxes. I have requested several times that packages be brought to my building. My request is being ignored. UPS continues to bring my packages to the package room. They do not scan them or place them on the correct shelves

We had an urgent situation that we need a package “immediately”. The staff was very helpful and did all they can to find and deliver the package so we had it in time. Thank you!!

Employee parking lot need more lighting. Definitely not safe. Very shock this issue hasnt been addressed

The WORST! It is impossible to get an agent on the phone, all you get is a lengthy phone tree. My tracking number says my package has been in their hub for 18 days! Whats the deal, did they lose it or what? There is no option to talk to an agent.

Zero stars if I could!! Highly embarrassed and angry!! Delivered very sensitive and private package to my neighbor and no top of that the package required my signature which my neighbor was able to provide!! HORRIBLE SERVICE. I GOING TO TRY MY BEST TO AVOID UPS!

This place is the most horrible UPS ever. I started out as a customer and the staff at the CS Center was always nasty. If I wasn’t moving my car fast enough out of the space they’d someone out there to come yell at me. And I’m not the only person I see this happen to. Not only the but the whole parking lot is dysfunctional and have even had my car hit by one of their employees who was speeding through and failed to stop. This last winter I applied and got into a position in the warehouse for this location for the midnight shift and the management was horrible especially a woman named Cordy I swear hell sent her. They tried to force me to quit on numerous occasions, including when I was injured on the job. I was told by a supervisor named Dylan on load that I was allowed to come back then was told that I couldn’t stay. I went to reapply they wouldn’t let me back and had found put they put me on a no hire list. DO NOT EVEN APPLY OR SEND YOUR MONEY TO THIS PLACE!

Terrible work experience, was never properly trained or assigned to a work area, was let go because they couldnt figure out where to send me.

Dont get confused, this place has a weird entrance up the hill in a curvy road. It is located on the far right end of the lot. Other than that staff is nice and get the job done quick

Customer service, although polite.... No help at all. I live down the street and they said the address was wrong which it wasnt, They wont let me pick it up or deliver it on a late NDA truck which are always in my area. My phone is 2 days late already.

Seriously have lost 30% of the packages that have been routes through this family. If your tracking indicates ups Addison be prepared not to ever get it. Calling them does no good as they offer to investigate and nothing happens.
