Worked with Countdown for over 6 months. Love this place and the people that work here.

I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!TOTALLY UNRELIABLE!!I HAD TO BE PRESENT FOR DELIVERY TO SIGN...AND I HAD EXPLAINED TO THEM THE DAY BEFORE THAT I HAD TIME SENSITIVE ERRANDS TO DO THAT DAY, SO I ASKED FOR A TIME FRAME...SAID BETWEEN 9AM -5PMHERE IT IS 5:30PM, I CALLED TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED....AND THE COURIER SAID THEY WERE DONE FOR THE DAY!! THE DELIVERY WAS FOR MY MOTHERS PAIN MEDS! THANKFULLY SHE HAD SOME EXTRA PILLS LEFT, OTHERWISE SHED BE IN AGONY
