UPDATED: I was in constant contact with Anna during my experience. She had sent 2 ladies to come clean my newly renovated home. After they finished I had some concerns I brought up to Anna. She came herself to address my concerns and then brought the same ladies back to ensure they addressed all the issues I had. She made sure all my concerns were taken care of and did not charge me again for the 2nd time the ladies came. The best thing about Tidy City is Anna’s customer service.
