The whole experience was 5-Stars. Our technicians have attended online and live classes with SGI. Each time they learn something new to use immediately in their career. It’s a good sign when they are excited to attend training. My personal favorite so far is the Developing Winning Trainers class. Our team learned so much and the results are already being seen on the job. Easy to schedule, fun to attend, simple to implement back home. Worth the investment.

Wesley dropped so much knowledge on me, not sure it’ll all fit in my carry on! Grateful for the opportunity to learn more about managing and leadership. Success Groups leadership stands with the independent home services contractors. They provide great opportunities and solutions for the small business owner to be successful in the ever changing digital world we live in. They have the best conferences twice per year with speakers In marketing, finance, employee training, Human Resources etc. They have coaches that hold us accountable to our goals and guild us to achieve those goals. All in all I say that in today’s world where the individual does not matter any more and the big guys such as The big box stores and the online ordering business minimizes the importance of a company that cares. Success group is here to refocus us and keep us on track. More importantly we are a group of people that help each other out every opportunity that we get.
