PLEASE!! I URGE YOU NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY!!! Tony Lanzo does not have licensed workers, I never saw a plumber at any time during my projects, hardly saw the owner, but he is quick to take your money! His contracts are written in a way that leave you trapped even if the work is subpar. I did eventually fire this company and have lost $15,000 of my $24,000. His subcontractor did a demo of kitchen and master bath and no additional work was completed before I fired GT Renovations. His subcontractors also stated that they had not been paid for my job or any other peoples jobs they had worked on previously. I have asked him to work amicably with me to return a portion of my unused money and he states that I still owe him a cancellation fee in the amount of $13,000. Trust me......it was not a cancellation, but a straight up firing!! This guy is a crook!! DO NOT USE HIM!!! Please see the pictures below, evidently, according to Tony all the electric has been done and that this work is worth $24,000. NOT!!

I was parked on the side of a one way road and some guy named Greg in a black pickup truck with GT Renovations on the side comes down the opposite way and hits my mirror and scratched the paint on my truck I began to beep and he continued on his way(hit and run) I later found him and he said he was busy with a client and would give me a call back, I never received a call back so I called him myself. After getting ahold of Greg he tells me he has hit many mirrors and caused slight bangs on vehicles his whole life and that it’s not a big deal. Refused to give me his insurance and told me to call the cops(report made) and then hung up on me

GT Renovations has been more than I expected. They remodeled a kitchen for me and they were Very professional and did amazing work. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for perfection and more.

I’m the owner of GT Renovations. I first want to apologize for anyone who has read the two 1 star reviews that are on our page. Social media can be ruthless and damaging to a company. We take great pride in our work and contractors that work for us. We have never had a upset customer to our knowledge and We have always paid our contractors. I wish I could have at least had an opportunity to speak to the individuals who posted those reviews especially because I have no idea who they even are. Thank you

Tony Lanzo the Rip Off Artist. Do not trust Tony Lanzo. He does not pay his subcontractors that actually do the work and they look to home owner to pay after he receives the money.In fact he doesn’t even know who he hires to do the work because he needs new guys every job.I had 3 people in my house he didn’t know and neither did I. Luckily, they did a decent job and didn’t steal from me.I feel bad for the 3 that did the work though as not one of them got paid. Tony Lanzo walked with all the money and didn’t work 1 hour on the job.Scum bag.
