Ashley took me as a walk-in and I sure was in luck! She did a beautiful job on my haircut and style. I also got my eyebrows waxed and plucked. Ashley treated me like a family member. I am so impressed! Ashley is a great rep of the Supercuts brand.

I am over the moon with the service I received yesterday. I really wish I would have gotten the young ladys name that did my hair. She walked me through how to apply product to get natural looking curls and avoid frizz. She was super friendly and I was excited that she was in when I got there. She has cut my sons hair and he said from now on he only wants to go to her. High praise from my picky 13 year old.

Always the best haircut, service, and consistency. The management and ownership is excellent here you can tell. Its always spotless, and everyone is always friendly, fast, and better than an expensive salon.

Been a while since ive been to this location. Has been remodeled. Waiting area was clean, staff greeted people as they walked in. After each customer is done getting their hair cut, staff clean and sanitize the chair before the next customer. Julian did a great job on my haircut.

Gary cut my hair and did a great job. Place was clean and no waiting.

I had heard good things from my friends so I decided I would go there on my day off. I called before I got in and the lady who answered was very friendly. This made me even more eager to pay a visit. The African-American lady who cut my hair however was drastically apathetic and only gave imperatives. She was in such a hurry to give a haircut that she did take the time to understand what look I was going for. When I tried to explain to her she just spoke over me, so i asked for a much simpler haircut and a simple haircut I got. Even when the commodity is average but the salesperson in personable, I’m usually a high tipper but suffice it to say, I gave absolutely nothing in tips because of this poor experience. I wish they (she actually) understood that they were selling an experience and not just the commodity (haircut and anything related).

After driving for an hour to get to this SuperCut... got here at 5:25pm and the Big lady in the cash register just said we closed... when it says 6:00pm everywhere and she just noded like she just didnt care... Im all for safety but some people just dont want to work and have the worst attitudes... Customer aint always right but we should at least get some empathy... Which I bet she doesnt know what it means...UPDATE: now I know why she didnt care and closed early she was being waited on ... she wasnt gonna make no one wait not because of a salary paying customer nuhhuh NOPE!!! Now Im headed to someone who likes to work and appreciates customers... So sad SuperCut dont 😞.

Went in for a bang trim and short cut at 4 pm. Soodeh the manager asked for what I was wanting, saw multiple pictures of myself and my bangs/hair how I liked them and proceeded to ignore all of it. This is without question the worst hair cut I have received. It was 10 minutes start to finish, she did absolutely no measuring before or during leaving me with 3 different lengths of bangs. The same scissors that were used to cut also were used to layer, and the blunt cuts and “blended” sections are obviously uneven to my otherwise oblivious boyfriend. I am setting up an appointment elsewhere to have someone else fix this monstrosity and would strongly suggest you do the same.

This place has always provided me with good, quick haircuts at a reasonable price. They are now also doing an excellent job at following CDC guidelines and recommendations to keep customers safe. I appreciate how well they have adapted to the pandemic.

Started coming here after salons opened up after Corona. It was very easy making my appointment over the phone and once I arrived they professionally checked my temperature to make sure I didnt have a fever. Soodeh was the lady that cut my hair and and did a fantastic job. Showed her what I wanted and she cut my hair exactly as I wanted. Soodeh was very polite while cutting my hair and I definitely recommend using Soodeh for you next haircut

Nice and clean and the lady that cut my hair was very sweet and did a great cut on my hair will go back again.

I dont think the hair stylist liked the cut I chose because even though I asked her opinion, she said it would look good but she would recommend one thing different. But but the time I left my cut was nothing like I wanted. She styled it and the style she put it in was opposite of what I asked for. Charged me 40$ for this cut, turned around went to Great Clips the next day asked them if they could fix it and they did for a 1/4 of the price.

Finally found my hair stylist after years of letting other hair cutters to ruin my hair, the manager was so professional and i love my hair cut, I highly recommend you this place specially ask for soodeh, she was just awesome, you guys should hire more professionals like her .

The haircutter (not stylist because her skills were average at best) was rude. Her name tag (which I won’t reveal but she is Persian or Middle Eastern) said manager which surprised me because her customer service skills were poor. She kept telling me to stop moving my head when I wasn’t even moving. Once she was done I was not satisfied with the cut but didn’t even bother to tell her due to her cold demeanor. I recommend the Great Clips next to Einstein Bagels. Their stylist are friendlier with better skills.

Booked online. Showed up and RUDELY got turned away by Soodeh. She was the only one working and had one other customer waiting. Very Unprofessional. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE again..

Got a wonderful haircut. Im not giving 5 stars because of the customer service that I received. Soodeh cut my hair and I love it. To get her to speak to me was like pulling teeth. I tried to start a conversation 3 different times. Then when it came time to look at the back of my hair, she laid the mirror down on the ledge of her shelf and said here is a mirror if youd like to look at the back of your hair. This is the first time I have ever not been turned around to look at the big mirror to get a look at my hair. I bet if she had more of a welcoming and friendly spirit, this location would be much busier . Gosh..what has happened to good old fashioned customer service!!!?????

Most exceedingly awful experience. Suggest Never visit this spot. I went here on 17 may 2020. Hairstylist named soodeh was there. This woman was rude,racist, pompous and doesnt know anything about haircuts. I was made to hang tight in my vehicle for more than 30mins. She took individuals who came after me and when I asked her whats going on she answered that I need to hold up until those individuals are done . I inquired as to whether they had any reservation.She had no response for that.After hanging tight for 45mins I was called in.Once I went inside I showed her an image to trim my hair.Straight away she dismissed and trim my hair concurring her will. Within 2mins she got done with trimming with uneven hair all over my sides.She took me to charging counter and charged $19 jus for 2mins hair style.

Called to politely check and see if they accepted clients near closing time and the woman who answered the phone was very unprofessional and short with me and made it very obvious by her tone and response that they would prefer not to have a paying customer come in 15 minutes before they close. Which couldve been explained and easily understood but instead it was a grudging we will take it if we have to responseMy haircut usually can be completed in under 20 minutes as Im not very particular or overly complicated in night styling.

Ive had to go to this location TWICE after being treated very poorly by Great Clips. 1st time they were just a little busy, but disproportionately rude. 2nd time they tried to sell me products BEFORE they even started, & refused to cut after I refused their products! Super weird, but Im glad I went here instead. They did Super, & Im sure they could do the same for you, with no pushy saleslady.Ill skip Great Clips next time, & just head straight here instead!

First time visiting today. Signed in and was seated in a chair within minutes. I am a bit self-conscious about my hair because it’s so thin at a young age (bad genes) and no stylist has been as kind as Soodeh. She gave me exactly what I asked for even when I asked her to take off another 1.5 inches. She suggested applicable products for me but was not pushy in the slightest. She was efficient, too. Less than 30 minutes, great price. I will absolutely visit again.

Ive been twice because they color hair. I have to say this time I felt very pressured to get a hair cut when I specifically said all I wanted was color and nothing else. So I ended up with a hair cut and bought a product Ill never use. The first time I went I was at ease and that person was super sweet to me. Worried about me if I was comfortable, etc. Didnt push me into anything I didnt want. Two different people. I know who Im asking for next time.

I have gotten my haircut here a few times at thus location. Each time they cut the back if my hair way shorter than I asked. .. I do not recommend this Super Cuts location at all. The Super Cuts in Farmers Branch off Midway is great, but this was is NOT.

I went in this store today and asked in advance what it would cost. I learned it would be $50. I walked out with a charge of $75 because they snuck in a $25 hair-drying fee without telling me it would cost that much more.Apparently if you want to walk out of the store without a wet head, you have to pay an extra $25. Which is fine. But they should have told me that in advance.I didnt ask for a hairdo. I asked not to walk out with a wet head. And that made my bill $75 instead of the $50 I expected. Seems sneaky and unethical to me.$25 seems like a whole lot just to not have a wet head. I would have skipped that.

I usually just do a walk in visit for a basic trim. Pretty simple no matter which hairdresser I get. Fairly difficult to mess up. But it does suck that it ends up costing me $23 total with a small tip just to trim my hair :( Nice people though.

I didnt get the color I asked for and only wanted highlights and came out looking like a rooster tail due to the cheap dyes they use, no head lamp, and not enough processing time, rinse with cold water. I wont return for a trim I can do all that to myself. Ill just bring my business $120.00 elsewhere.

I have 2 daughters and they wanted to charge me $64 each to wash and blow dry their hair. I have taken them to other supercuts and paid $15. ( I think thos one wanted to charge an extra black fee)

I have a regular who cuts my hair but she is in another state, so I need the occasional clean up. Went in to have my lower extremities cleaned up and the dead ends evened out. The first thing she did was grab a guard and proceed to shave the entire back of my head! Then she takes the smallest amount off the top, not even sure if she really did anything.Now instead of having a nice full head of hair, my sides are short and the top is the same, not even sure how my normal girl can even begin to fix it.Lesson learned : (

I went here to get a haircut for my curly hair and it did not go very well. I think I needed to ask them for the right person before I got someone who is not used to abundant wavy/curly hair.

Do yourself a huge favor and find a better place to get your hair cut. I have never had such a bad experience as I have had at this place. I clearly communicated with the hairdresser what I wanted, most of all not short hair!! We had a clear understanding and I got the exact opposite of what we had discussed. SHOCKING is what it was. I now have a pixie hair cut. HOW does that happen other then just flat out incompetence.When the manger came over to talk to me, his attitude was indifference, he was sorry, but its hair, it will grow back, it was insult on top of injury.I will not be going back there ever again, the bad haircut was just to awful to risk again and is just unacceptable on every leve
