I walked out to my car yesterday to find a giant red oily stain underneath. Not good! I tried my dealership first and they were booked until the end of October. Other dealers in the area told me they were booked as far out as December. I tried about a dozen local shops before I came across Auto Pros. I explained my situation and they were the first shop that was willing to take a look immediately. Got there and they inspected the car and found no active leak. The technician offered some suggestions for things to lookout for and to bring my car back in at the first sign of trouble. He refused to charge for the inspection. What he didnt know was that this weekend is my sisters wedding, and I am responsible for transporting the wedding cake from her favorite bakery in DFW out of state to Oklahoma City, so flying was not an option, and I did not have luck finding a rental on such short notice. The care and concern that the shop showed during a pressing situation really went a long way. Ive found my new repair shop. Would definitely recommend!

My “low tire pressure” light/message went on only weeks after a repair place told me they had filled my tires. Called Auto Pros, said I could come right over. Handed them my keys, and 10min later they had fixed my tires and replaced my blinker light bulb. He was amazed that 3 of my tires were at 60 when they should be at 38! He told me how dangerous the other place had made my car, and that he had evened out my tires. When I went to pay him, he wouldn’t take any money from me.I will be going back here when I need my car looked at. Definitely.

They installed a dash cam for me. Same day service. In and out in a couple. Theyre located in a shopping mall so you can drop your car off and go explore for a little while. They also have a small waiting area if you just want to stay in the store, and an observation area if you want to see your car being worked on.

I dont normally do reviews but I also dont normally get awesome service. Simply got my oil changed on my wrangler for cheaper than anywhere else Ive been, ever. No 2 hour wait. No coming in from the shop and telling me I need another 10 things fixed on my vehicle. I was quoted an hour and it took much less. Will definitely be coming back for any car repair or maintenance needs.

I was going to purchase a vehicle, the owner send me the address for 4173 Billy Mitchell Dr. so I arrived thinking auto pros was it. Look around the lot. Then a worker approach us, gave me and my family soo much attitude for being in their property. Like, people make mistake. I thought this was the auto sale place. I was wrong but there was no need for such rudeness. Not a customer, but if I was to choose a place. This place wouldn’t be it.

This review has be a long time coming. A few months back I had the worst experience with getting my car serviced at the Audi Plano location, their customer service when you had a genuine problem was non-existent and they were pushing parts and services on me that did not resolve the problem my car was having. I left the Audi dealership with multiple diagnosis, a loss of money, and my vehicle had the same issue I went in for them to fix.I was then referred to Autopros. I spoke with Chris and Roy and explained what the noise was that my car was making. I received a call back later that day and was given a diagnosis that Audi did not give me, so at first I was skeptical, but I have to say they nailed the problem on the head. I just had to take my vehicle to them once and received a proper diagnosis and I have been driving the vehicle for a while now and have not had problems with it since. They kept me informed with the service and completed the service with the timeline they said they would.It’s nice to walk in with a maintenance issue on your vehicle and actually speak with the person who will most likely be the one servicing your vehicle and not a person just trying to sell you on parts.Typically a review is written if you had a bad experience, not service that meets expiation or above and beyond service. But I can say that they have restored my faith in mechanic shops.

I have just found my go to Mercedes repairshop. Tired of paying those extravagant prices for repairs? Originally took my Mercedes to a repair shop (certified to do Mercedes work) for a check engine light and a badly shaking idle. You would think that their estimate would have been a down payment on a new car!! Seriously - Auto Pros in Addison took a quick look, gave me a much more reasonable estimate and wait for this one: Not only did Auto Pros fix it perfectly, but they got the repairs done way sooner than the other shop would do AND THEY DID IT FOR ABOUT HALF THE PRICE quoted at the other place!!!! Seriously??Seriously!THis is now my new Go To Auto Repair Shop. (And the other nice thing is that they talk to you and explain whats up with your car - kind of like a good doctor should do when youre sick, right? )If i could give 10 Stars I would. Very pleased.
