This is the same as Tyler Grace Auctions. They are the most rude, condescending, vicious, and deceitful people I have encountered in the 2 dozen+ auction houses Ive interacted with. Look at the Google Maps page for Tyler Grace and their BBB record. Avoid.

Wow...where do i even start with these two. This is ran by the most unprofessional and unorganized people I have ever met. This company was selected to do my grandmothers estate sale. My brother-in-law and myself were watching the auction online and came across, what was listed as an original painting. We noticed the bidding was very aggressive and we thought to ourselves, if the painting had some value, we would like to keep it in the family. We ended up purchasing the painting on Friday. I then emailed Zoey Saturday stating my concerns of the authenticity of the painting, prior to us picking it up. Zoey replied within minutes with a very unprofessional and condescending email. We went to pick the painting up Sunday and were told by Nicole, that there wouldnt be a problem getting our money back if it was indeed unauthentic. We then went to two different appraiser, both of which specialize in the said original author. We were informed by the appraisers the painting was not original. We then reached back out to Zoey with professional documentation from the appraisers stating its in-authenticity and she said its not fake we are having buyers remorse We now will be taking legal action since this was falsely advertised. I would highly recommend staying as far away from this company as you can. They are clearly not involved in this for the right reasons and their mission statement couldnt be anything further from the truth. I have never been so displeased and unsatisfied as i have been throughout this process!

A-Z is a horrible estate sale company. They not only over price things but are completely rude. As you walk around the staff talks horrible about the costumers and not even bother helping anyone. They don’t care about helping or making you feel comfortable. 0/10 world recommend this company. seriously so unprofessional.
