Very poor customer service and no cars for weeks? My car was totaled and I immediately filed an insurance claim and had a reservation at Enterprise. I showed up and the clerk was very rude with me and wouldn’t say if they’d have a car or not. He said he was “50/50” and that I’d hear back later in the day. This was on a Friday. I never got a call back and this was 9 days ago. I followed up and they said they have more reservations than cars and to try back next week.Awful service. I’ve been stuck driving a U-Haul truck for NINE DAYS because Enterprise either has no cars or has no ability to call me back. I work 10-12 hour days and I don’t have time to keep bothering them when they clearly have no interest in helping me get a car. I’ve used Enterprise for many years all over the country and I’ve never had issues, until this month at that Ada, OK location.

This is the worst place i have ever been in my life i was far away i had to pay $ 206 to come here they told me they have car available but when i show up the guy told me he don’t have nothing available I can’t believe they shouldn’t service industrial .

Whenever I make a reservation and ask them for pickup they say no drivers are available. They should remove free pickup on their website if they don’t want to pickup customers.

Ive rented cars from here several times and have always had a great experience. The cars are clean and well maintenanced. I love that I dont have to pay extra for mileage. You know exactly how much its going to cost before you ever leave the store. The team members are always friendly and very helpful. One gentleman even helped me with my bags into the rental car.

Andrew is GREAT! Very friendly, outgoing and polite. We rent regularly for many reasons and he makes it a point to always ask about our trips. Hes NOT just a business by the book employee. I have used some of my perks through Enterprise and will say that both Travis and Andrew have occasionally went above and beyond the perk. The only thing lacking is consistency. If today youre going to go above and beyond and 2 weeks later I come back and inquire about what you can do to help get us the best deal for the necessary travel for a medical appt and you do nothing but offer the same rate I already had locked in, that makes the customer feel like youll only give them a good deal when youre in a good mood.

Rant: Enterprise Rental in Ada.I’ve lost all faith in humanity. Last week I was rear ended by a girl texting and driving. While my car is being repaired I got a rental car from Enterprise on Thursday. I left it parked in my garage all day Sunday and Monday when I pulled out of the garage I noticed an oil leak. I took it back to Enterprise and exchanged it for a different car. I was being rushed and cut off by a very busy manager. When I got home yesterday evening I realized I had left my bank envelope with $208.85 in the glove box of the rental with a oil leak. I called first thing this morning to let them know I would be by there to pick it up and they say that it’s not there? They tell me the car with a leak was already rented out and they did an “inspection” and never found an envelope. I literally took $100 out of the envelope yesterday morning and put it back in the glove box because the windows on the rental are not tented and I didn’t want anyone to see it. It’s not even about the money at this point it’s about such a untrustworthy business being in our small town. I don’t know why people can’t be truthful. Not to mention when I went in and spoke to the manager this morning he was extremely shady and the two points he made were “We do not have cameras here” and “We are not responsible for your left items”. Needless to say corporate has been contacted and everything about this is against their “ethical beliefs” according to corporate. Take your business out of town to avoid dealing with crooks!

Rented here a few times and the cars are always top notch and extremely comfortable to drive. But more importantly, Marisa is the BEST! Seriously, shes just an awesome person overall, and shell make sure youre taken care of. If you need a rental in Ada, you cant go wrong with Enterprise.

They did not have the car we ordered so was upgrading is but the vehicle was not suitable for our needs so they found another last minute that worked perfect.

Car was great but needed to be cleaned. Also need to make the deposit amount available at time of reservation so people can plan for the deposit.

Made the reservation on like. Picked up what was supposed to be a car but instead was a truck. Went to drop off on Satruday and the office was closed. Called corporate and they said to just drop the keys in the drop box and everything would be fine. The next week Im charged 100 dollars for two extra days. They gave my money back but blamed me for not knowing and following the advice of the rep on the phone.

Hard to find but great service and nice people

The lady we talked to was very courteous, polite, and helpful. If you have to rent a vehicle, its way cheaper to rent for a week instead of a few days.

I made my initial reservation by phone. The in store experience was great. Whenever I need a rental, I will definitely use Enterprise of Ada.

They do not advise you that there is an additional $200 fee due at the time of rental when you reserve online. They dont just put a hold on it, they take it and refund it back a few days after they get the car back.

Ada Enterprise is HORRIBLE! The manager is EXTREMELY rude and should not be in the service industry. They change policies weekly. We have NEVER experienced such poor service from Enterprise, except for this one. And we are long time platinum members. Stay far away! Drive to Pauls Valley or OKC to rent.

The head manager has no idea how to deal with people. Have had to deal with enterprise several times because they are the only car rental in town, and he has been totally unhelpful every time Ive gone in.PS- not related to his poor service but he has an extremely punch able face

I had to use them twice both times they were great.Came to my work and picked me up .Second time they came where I was having my car repaired and picked me up then even took me back to pick up my car.
