We got my granddaughters phone fix about a month ago and she dropped it once and the screen broke and popped out. We will not be using mobile mobile ever again.

They said 5 days to fix my phone. After 7 days I call to find out why they havent contacted me yet about it. Then they broke the back part fixing the front. So on day 13 I finally get a hold of them and they have it ready. No discount for having my phone for 14 days!!! Never use them again and will make sure my family and friends dont either. And their card reader wasnt working to pay for it. Worst business I have went to.

They told me my laptop will be done soon but its been a month and I cant get a hold of them and they put people in front of me when I been waiting for a long time. Bad service. Never using them again. They lost me as a customer.
