First I got a pedicure that looks like they just smeared white paint without looking. I can do a better pedicure on myself so that is frustrating. Then I got a shellac manicure and she didn’t do anything to my nails, she just went straight to the polish/UV lights and then was done. Took about 6 minutes. No lotion, no cuticle trim, nothing. And the shellac looked so messy! Definitely DO NOT recommend diva nails.

Got there when they were opening for the day, had me set down at nail station then kinda forgot about me left me setting for 10-15 min whilw they visited and played around in the back. Not the friendliest people and not concerned about your time but quality of nails is ok has better but also has worse

Dont take time to clean up the under nails and I must say ITS CALLED DIPPING POWDER FOR A REASON its not applied like acrylic they where lumpy at ends where the lady let it drip off end and flipped it back up over nail just crazy

I had my nails done on a whim while I was in town visiting family. It’s been a month and I don’t have any chopping, peeling or lifting. Except for the grow out, my nails look fresh & beautiful! I wish I were in Ada more often, this would become a regular treat for myself.

She did an excellent job on my feed and massage and reflexology... I ran out of cash but I will tip her big next time Im there. She ( I didnt get her name)😒But I will catch her soon. It felt wonderful and she is the BEST!

Awesome pedicures

When I went there to get my nails done they kept rushing through the process and caused my friends hands to look scaly by leaving her hands in acetone for to long, and when I asked for a refund they said their manager would be coming in the next day so I went back and then they said we don’t do refund and then said The managers don’t even live in Ada and that T.J.ey live in Los Vegas. So they lied to me and also didn’t do good on my nails and right after getting my nails taken off by a different salon the tech at the salon where I got them taken off said my nails were badly damaged and needed to heal. So they lied, we’re rude and damaged both me and my friends nails.

Only go to get get cards for holidays and birthdays but super nice place and employees. Will use them everytime

I went in to get my nails dipped and I don’t have a lot of experience in nails but I know when they look good. My experience was TERRIBLE!! I wouldn’t recommend. My nails looked lumpy and there what looked like to be spots or holes in them and my thumb nails were too short. My left was different from my right and there was stuff hanging from under my nails. My left hand was WAY longer than my left. And the guy fieled down my cuticles! I highly recommend Azura nails. They give great service and actually make your hands look good.

The service was great and they did a great job on my mani and pedi. Everyone was friendly and efficient.

Love them...they gave me a free bottle of lotion at Christmas time 😊

Got nails done here Guy was nice who done nails ..Would have gave full 5 stars but next day 2 nails has very tiny spots where polish already chipped off but rest of nails are doing just fine a week later ...I would go back ...We travel alot so I couldnt go get the chipped fixed next day :( But I would use their services again if I am ever back there

The first time I came here, they messed my nail polish up and didnt want to fix it, and then my nail broke in half. I came back the next day to get it fixed and the man said it would be free, then they charged me $5 for it when it wasnt my fault. Then the last who changed me messed my policy up AGAIN! These people are cheap and a rip off 🙄

When you want to get your nails done, ask for Wii. He is the only one that I will let do my nails. Dont forget about the pedicures, ohhhhh the pedicures 😍 need I say more? Nope!!!

Great place, Wii is the best! Ignore the woman complaining about how they treat kids. Ive been going to them for 5 years and children leave very happy and loving their nails. Apparently someone took a brat one time, lol

Worst nail place in Ada! I would give it -5 stars if I could. Do Not take your children or grandchildren here to get their nails done! Apparently there is a male who works there that delights in making little girls cry and hurting their feelings and then telling his co-workers about it and laughing because he hurt a childs feelings. Unacceptable!

My nails look great every time!

I have been here a couple times and have always received good service from the ladies that work there. BUT the gentleman that did my nails this past time was rude and had an attitude from the minute we set down to begin my nails! he was ruff with his nail file using it to separate nails from cuticles, when he decided that didnt work he used his nails and dug them in my skin. these were by far the worst nails i have ever received from this place! the nails were uneven and had bubbles in them. will not come back .. will be going to ada nails from now on

Dont make the big mistake of going here! The male manicurist that my daughter had applying her new set had two customers come in and say how unhappy they were that their new nails just applied three and two days prior were lifting, so its no surprise when the same happened to KC! I brought her back after a few days as well to show receipt to give them a chance to make it right, because the acrylic was only halfway from the tip of her natural nail to her cuticle over a tip applied to half of that and all they did was say nothing is wrong and apply gel over lifting nails! I took her back again after ten days and lord knows, they wrongly blamed it on her, rather than accepting responsibility for their mistake of not doing them correctly from the start! So, Im taking her to another salon to just have them soaked off. Seriously, going to Pontotoc Technology Center would be a far better choice than going here where they claim to be licensed professionals. Everyone knows to stead clear of fungus caused by lifting nails and here they intentionally cause them to lift early prior to your two week fill!

I wait at least 45 minutes to an hour after my “scheduled appointment” every time i am in here. Yet “regulars” just cut ahead of everyone. Extremely unprofessional. Would never recommend to anyone.

One of the worst experiences Ive ever had at a salon. They told me it was $45 for a solar set and $25 for an acrylic set and about a 45 minute time frame for solars. I had a hair appointment to get to so I opted for an acrylic set with a nude polish and some glitter tips to save time and money. An hour later and already late for my appointment, after having one of the rudest and most irritable techs (that nicked me twice and didnt even have time to put the tips on how I wanted), Im having to pay $45 for a subpar set of acrylic nails because the polish the tech chose was a shellac. I explained to the 2nd tech that I had only looked at the shellacs and had specifically said that I only wanted a $25 set. They then tried to get me to let them take off the shellac to put on a regular polish, but I reiterated that I had an appointment I was already late for. They insisted that I pay the full $45 (even though it was their mistakes), which I did right before I told them I would never be coming back there again. They said they were sorry to hear that but from their tone and demeanor they could have cared less about losing a long time customer. Im usually very understanding and laid back about these types of misunderstandings but it was clear to me that they were simply out for all they could get and screw customer service.
