Really like this Post Office. Look good for its age.

The devlivery men have repeatedly failed to deliver our packages safely to our home. By placing packages on the truck or in the yard (as it has happened repeatedly) and not in our 5 foot tall red box labeled with a sign readong MAIL and USPS on our front porch. Today a package worth $250 was ripped to shreds because of the failure of your delivery men to listen and look at the GIANT FREAKING BOX LABELED MAIL ON OUR FRONT PORCH. Below is the package that was destroyed.

I live in the town of Ada, just 3 blocks from Mercy hospital and they didnt run on Saturday at all. So the mail I had in the mail box on Saturday sat there all day. Here it is Monday at 6:00pm and the mail is still in the box and the mail has not run today either! It is not a holiday so whats up??

It was so nice to see your happy faces. Post office visits are like the mvd for me but you guys always being busy and dealing with the stressed public but keep you smiles is an example that everyone should follow and I commend you on that. That and how informative you are just cant be beat. I left with a smile. Thank you!!

The mail delivery person automatically, leaves the sorry we missed you while you were out slip. The truth is they never come to the front door and knock, I just recieved this notice while sitting here at my house. They dont even come to the front door and knock, instead they just leave this slip in my mailbox. They do this every time.

I go to the Ada PO to see why my mail is being disposed of, they tell me that the label was destroyed they could not deliver. But they had the address, and tried to deliver. All I know is it is the wrong time to be destroying peoples mail!

Broken glass all over the porch. Ive got kids and dogs. Can you at least TRY to leave things as safe as you found them?

What can I say that hasnt already been said? Got a package notice, no knocking, I was even home. When I opened the door, the guy just scurried off ignoring me. Cant pick it up tomorrow, which, by the way, theyre only open for like 2 entire hours. Takes forever to get anything done there as well. Employees are rude and impatient. And the cherry on the terrible sundae, I just called their support line to ask if I could just get my packages held, and was told Id have to wait between 1 hour 50 minutes and 5 HOURS hold time. Pitiful.

Usually have a decent experience! However the last few times theyve put my packages in my neighbors mailbox!

You should really change the sorry we missed you while you were out slip to say I couldnt be bothered to do my job. I can sit at home all day waiting on something, paid for shipping to get it a specific day, then theyre to lazy to deliver it so now I might as well have gotten the free shipping option. Horrible customer service.

Received notification of attempted parcel delivery. I was home all day and there was no attempt at contact. The phone line is ALWAYS busy, so good luck trying to contact them. Frustrating to say the least.

46 minutes for hold time on a phone call. B.s. period.

Usually arrive with an armful of packages that are ready to go, they just need scanned. Many post offices act extremely pained about it but not here, they are always very nice and helpful!!

Need expanded hours.This is a college town. International students need more available international stamps.

I really wish that I could give this place a lower than one star rating!!!! I started working at this establishment as a PSE MAIL CLERK and have never seen such a lack of professionalism in regards to the treatment of EMPLOYEES!!! I could not believe that this place was a government installation. If I may give an example, I watched a supervisor tell a female( who was seven months pregnant) that a bathroom(piss) break was was not authorized because the morning mail had not been put out (the supervisor that enforced this was a FEMALE). Being a male with two kids I dont know what I would do if a company told my pregnant wife she could not use the restroom.This is after the FOUR hours without a break that all of the PSE Mail clerks are expected to endure if the mail is not put out. The only rule that seemed to be somewhat enforced was the SIX hour rule. Meaning that the post office is required to give a break after SIX hours in which this post office expects. What experience do I have? I have four years of active duty military and FIVE years of government service as a civilian and have never been more dissapointed in a government facility.I bring this up because Human Resources and all of management could not answer the question of my time served for the government in which I should have preference to achieve a permanent position for the post office. This means my ten years of service would not mean anything and the person working at THIS post office would have preference after only a year service. I would get scolded for going to the employee lounge to retrieve bottle of water because the water fountain had not been cleaned in YEARS!!!( I have Pictures) The post office also has an agreement with Amazon, UPS, and Fedex to deliver packages that cannot be delivered which puts TONS of more stress on the workers.I was forced to work Thanksgiving by myself to complete the same workload in six hours that take four people EIGHT! If I did not complete get the mail out I would get written up and terminated. Let me wrap this up. My last check was missing 30 hours(biweekly) and 20 overtime hours in which I have to return in another two weeks to get the rest. I would not be surprised if the last check will have missing hours and I honestly feel the US postal service should be shut down because of the treatment towards employees!!!!!

Come early before 4:30 or you have to go to second day for same stuff. But people are nice, in my opinion, they are faster than other usps place, buf I am confortable with usps price and service. They are ok overall.

This was a 1 star until we got a great mailwoman!
