Okay I had to come in and edit this review because I left out the number one reason I use biggie services, and that is the sweet young ladies that work there! They always brighten my day! So way to go Biggies. Your customer service is phenomenal!! It is always very clean and I feel safe to leave my clothes and not worry about them getting stolen... And you can even get your tan on while youre doing your laundry

Machines are a bit older and very dirty, after other people wash, there is a lot of hair and grime left over in the machine for the next person, only washed one load of the 5 we had because I couldn’t find a clean washer, the one washer we did use also did not wash our clothes very good. The floor was also very dirty as well as the parking lot, definitely sticking to wash bar would avoid this place

The machines might look new, but they dont work half the time. And if the machine quits in the middle of a wash, they will not give you your money back. Or the soap I tried to use. Then I move then to only have another machine take my money. This had been going on sense this past summer. The girls that work there are rude and dont care you lost money. Thats ok Biggies, there is another laundry mat here in town.

All the dryers were taken there with 7 being done with their cycles. I waited over 10 minutes for people to remove their clothes or for employees to say something. No one did. I dont have all day, so I grabbed my stuff and went to the Wash Bar. I wont be going back here.

Omg this is the ONLY place i will wash mu clothes in town . the staff is always attentive smiling and willing to help . clean and all the machines work great .

Would give 5 stars if I didnt have problems nearly every visit with the credit card machines not keeping their wifi signals so you can pay machines via using your credit card & save the hassle of carrying a bag full of coins.

Just a word to the wise.. I m sad that I was caught in the XL bed and only every other light worked.. didnt think to go out and say something till I finished (kinda hard as I was not dressed)..Being a new customer you would think that they would just credit that one time for me. I was told no because I finished the session and should have told them. Just not very good service this time😔 Didnt know I had to inspect befor I used the bed. Dont let this happen to you😞

The tall girl working here is rude, snotty and ignorant. This place is clean and most of the time an ok experience UNLESS YOU HAVE AN ISSUE. I have never been treated so badly but a business... and by a manager by phone- BROOKE PENSON. Owner Stacy Ricco and any form of management cannot be reached for a decent knowledgeable conversation. Youre stuck with the hateful ignorant snobby workers. I will tell everyone everywhere I go how pitiful the service is at this establishment.
