Ada tag agency gets people through as fast as they can. They are usually very friendly and courteous when their clients are.

They just ripped me off. Charged me almost $200 for tags when I did not even live here. Plus they are only good for 90 days. Be careful.

Everyone was pleasant, but the process of getting an ID is slow. There are about a half dozen people working in the office and can process tags and titles quickly but IDs can only be done by one person. Each one takes at least 10 minutes to do because of the poor setup. Unfortunately we had to come to this location because our local agency in Atoka is still on the old system and the Tishomingo agency is closed because someone there has to quarantine. Be mindful there is no information anywhere online or when you call about the office closure in Tish. There is a hand written note on the door.

If you need a license or Id their system is very slow and crashes often, I signed up in morning, got a call back 3 hours later waited another 1and half made it to the one lady doing licenses, computer went down for another 2 hours.The lady seems to be the slowest computer operator ever.Use another tag agency if it all possible.

They stay busy because EVERYBODY needs title work or renewals of some kind. They try their hardest to get you the help you need.

I had to use the Ada Tag Agency because I been following my husband for work and wasn’t near the normal tag office I use closer to work. They we’re very helpful, above and beyond the call of duty. Helped fix an error that another tag agency created. They absolutley went out of their way to help me, even followed up the next day before 10:00 am as they promised, super friendly and I would recommend them to anyone.

Super nice people to deal with. Fast, and efficient, and lines not too long. Got my newly available Chickasaw Tribal Tag there, AND the tribe sent me a $20 rebate later to help pay the cost.

Jeff did a great job of assessing a tricky title situation, clearly presenting our options and costs for each, and quickly processing our transaction under a significant time crunch. His professionalism is sincerely appreciated, and I highly recommend him.

This place is such a joke. It’s always something. You can NEVER just walk in and out without there being some kind of issue. Just needed a simple tag renewal... my proof of insurance was somehow NOT proof of insurance and said they need me to fax in some document and then also instead of allowing me to do so within the same transaction made me leave so he could help other people. Terrible terrible agency for sure! It’s honestly just a reflection of Oklahoma as an idiotic state!!!!
