My dad has used Matthews Tree Service several times over the past few years and has been highly satisfied each time. Before coming across Matthews, he contacted another company. Both gave him quotes for the same work, but the competitor wanted about 2x more! Mr. Matthew and his daughter are so nice, personable, geniune and really appreciative of their customers. The crew are all hard workers, punctual and actually clean up after themselves. I highly recommend Matthews!

Matthew came out the same day I contacted him to give me an estimate...which was extremely competitive. I had to get HOA approval, Matthew did not pester through this process and simply waited for me to notify him that we were good to go. When I emailed to let him know we were approved, his team came out that day. They were efficient, polite and they worked phenomenally well. The clean up exceeded my expectations. Matthew called personally that evening to ensure I was happy with the work. Quality service, competitive prices, and the rarely found excellent customer service...use this service, you will not be disappointed!

Thanks for your speedy response removing the from tree off my sons house and the limb that came thur his roof into the living room (in the rain) while he was out of town! The limb was carefully removed and tarp put in place within hours. The insurance company was also very pleased that you were able to stop the water damage. Thank you!

Deceptive, didnt finish the job and left without telling me about property damages inflicted.Matthew came out to estimate removing 3 of 4 permitted dead trees. His estimate came out the same $ but included 8 hours of labor as well as removal of 3 trees. His line was that if they finished the 3 within the 8 hours, he would include work on the 4th as well. Ha! His crew didnt even finish the first 3 during those 8 hours! During that time, I did get to hear all about the large TV trailers hes buying to rent at tailgating renting plus other purchases -- my guess is Matthews low on capital and current customers are paying for that poor judgment.He left me a tall, thick stem of an infested tree, the one most likely to fall on a structure. He said he would remove the rest of the trees on his proposal FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE for another call out of many $s (ca-ching!). No precise numbers or promises, of course, just gimme more...Also found afterwards that the crew had damaged multiple bits of property. Didnt have the courage or honesty to tell me.Of course, Im leaving feedback with the BBB and other review sites plus thoroughly discussing his work with friends & neighbors, but that doesnt save me the hassle that his extortion sales technique has left!Rotten, corrupt and just all around a bad person.
