Our phone system went out at the salon. That is the lifeblood of a hair salon. Rottweiler forwarded our calls to the receptionist cell phone until Duke could come see the issue.He was quick to get on it and get us up and running in just a few hours.

I needed a crew to mount 2 85 TVs in our company conference room along with supporting camera and microphones. The TVs needed to be connected with a touchscreen on the conference table so there were a lot of cables that needed to go behind walls and under floors. Rottweiler came out and gave me exactly what I asked for. The finished result is exactly what I was hoping for. Awesome crew.

What an amazing company. Duke and his staff are wonderful. Not only did they fix my companys security camera issues in 30 minutes that my previous company couldnt fix in 6 months. They have always been there when I needed them since we started our business relationship 9 months ago. I cant recommend them enough. Very easy to work with these guys. The communication leading up to my appointment was excellent. No surprises. They know the equipment, explain what they are doing and provide very prompt service. Shopping their rates, they are on par or less expensive per month than many of the larger players in town. If you have a security system and need a repair or want new service, they are worth the call.

Duke and Company are the BEST communications vendor I have ever worked with! A true pro does not flinch, carp, or complain when a job turns out to be longer than expected -- this happened on my job. No, Duke dug in and solved all problems with a great attitude and stilled billed on the basis of the original time estimate. Dont waste time looking for others if you have telecommunications, networking, or security needs. THIS IS A PRO COMPANY!

Extremely unprofessional and very misleading. We hired Rottweiler to replace a coded keypad on the front door of an office building. The cost would have been around $370.00. Not only was Duke a no show but after calling multiple times to confirm if they wanted to work with us we were informed that our status was changed to a “service call” & it was of no importance to them and we should find another vendor. Seems that if you dont agree to a $3K job or higher they want nothing to do with you and put you on the bottom of the list as a “service call” plus they are offended by you if you question why they didnt provide a courtesy call for being a no show & not returning your calls. I can now understand the other negative reviews. We wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, considering the negative reviews, but they proved us wrong. Not only was I hung up on at the end of the conversation, Duke stated, “go find someone else to run into the ground. Im still in shock that a representative would speak so unprofessionally to an outside client. I could never recommend them to anyone. Thank goodness we found another security company that provided excellent customer service unlike Rottweiler.

The Rottweiler Team was referred to me by an Electrical Company, to resolve some issues with our wireless network within our facility. The professional technicians who responded from Rottweiler were able to diagnose and repair what a previous vendor had unprofessionally setup for us. We intend to maintain our relationship with Rottweiler for any future technology needs.

I have been with them for years they are always there when I need something free of charge and I always get notified for anything through my app the service men are extremely nice and very professional!

Worst customer service. blames you for all problems and installation is a ripoff. others do it free and a better job and dont accuse you of breaking laws cause they cant read numbers. have had nothing but issues with install and it not working. they also turned off panel for nonpayment when it was paid up. do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

I cant say enough on how pleased I am with their service. It is second to none and I know my home is safe a secured with my Rottweiler system.
