Ken was great. He set realistic expectations. He looked at our house from the buyers viewpoint, and had us make a lot of small adjustments to improve its marketability. Ive used Ken Jones and Clear Summit Realty on 3 occasions now, buying twice and selling a property and I could not be more pleased. I had a bad experience with a first time home purchase with a realtor years ago from the Walmart of realtor companies and Ken completely washed that bad taste away. Unlike most who will push you into the first house you look at Ken will walk in and give his honest opinion on any property. That is hard to find these days which is why we will continue to use him.

My husband and I were referred to Ken when selling our home - our friends gave him a hearty recommendation. After working with Ken, I can say with 100% certainty that our friends were right! We knew going in that our home would be a little difficult to sell due to location. Ken did copious research before our first meeting and helped us price the home and helped shape our expectations. We had a great offer within 2 weeks, and closed 3 weeks after that! There was no aspect of working with Ken that left anything to be desired. If I had to pinpoint areas where he really shines, though, Id say ethics, experience and communication. Ken is an extremely ethical man and makes no bones about it. He truly puts the needs of his clients first - without regard to his bottom line. Who does that anymore?? He is honest with his recommendations; I fully trust that his words are true and are not motivated by financial gain. Also, the experience Ken brings to the table is second to none.
