I think my pictures tell the story. After 3 years with Unlimited Lawn Care, my Bermuda gras is being overtaken by weeds. I have tried to get them to come out and treat for weeks. They have no available staff to come out. Also, they do not have any treatments for moss so I have to treat that on my own. I highly recommend that you stay clear of these guys.
If you want any care for your lawn this is NOT the company to hire! Ive been with them for around a year, and have not been happy with the results as I kept having weeds on my lawn and backyard, and even had an aeration service they charged me for that was not even done!! I had called and asked to CANCEL my services back in April (4 months ago) and request a refund for the service that was not performed and was asked to email them pictures of my lawn and backyard, which I did right away. Despite the horrible state the pictures presented, I did not receive a call back which I was told I would. Furthermore, I did not receive an email reply or acknowledgment that my issue was being handled, so assumed at least my cancellation request was processed. I saw yesterday that I was still being charged and called in to check why. Megan, the customer service rep I talked with told me that apparently the managers had discussed the case amongst themselves back in April and decided NOT to refund me for the aeration service that was NOT provided, but instead to credit my account for only half of that service fee I was charged, and resumed services as usual WITHOUT reaching out to update me! Megan told me that they dont do refunds and that instead they have a service guarantee so theyre willing to come out and treat again. now, why would I want more treatments that are NOT WORKING?? (maybe thats why theyre called UNLIMITED, you dont get what you signed up for, but theyre willing to keep giving you more of it!) She offered to cancel my services now and refund me only for one treatment (needless to say, I still have weeds growing everywhere!), and she was not willing to let me speak with a manager, stating that she had already resolved the issue, which obviously isnt the case when the customer is not in agreement with whatever minor compensation youre offering... She was extremely unprofessional, I have NEVER encountered such horrible customer service!! Bottom line, DO NOT GO WITH UNLIMITED LAWN CARE!
Had them come to aerate my yard. Bad decision. While doing the front yard, I asked why the machine wasn’t penetrating the soil. No plugs were coming out at all. He said he would leave and check it, then come back later. I turned the sprinklers on in the meantime. When he came back to do it, he zoomed around super quick not even checking behind him to see if anything was working. Can’t even tell anyone attempted to aerate the yard. Completely pointlessThe guy was nice when I had a chance to talk to him the first time, thoughUpdate: called Northwest Landscaping to come re-aerate my yard. They got me on the schedule in a week compared to the two months I waited with ULC. There are plugs pulled everywhere throughout the yard, and they charged me $26 dollars less than ULC. Still haven’t heard back from the manager at ULC.
Unlimited Lawn Care is the best company I have hired! I have had the top well known companies in the past that either lied to me about doing the service or the service showed no results! When I first hired Unlimited, I informed them I have 2 dogs and must receive a call the day before as to when they were coming! They ALWAYS do this! This is the absolute best company when it comes to lawn care. The techs that come out are friendly and professional and I have watched them and they do an excellent job! The girls are always so kind and helpful when I call into the office! And my yard looks the best it has looked since I have lived here! I highly recommend this company!!! No one better!!!
Our lawn looked better before we had service from Unlimited. Customer service is non existent. Technicians who are disrespectful of property. After numerous treatments our weeds have taken over the lawn. While spot treating they used an ink to call out spot treats which was spilled on our driveway staining it, i had to pressure wash it to get it off. I have never had such a negative experience with a lawn company.
Okay just had the A-Team out here, A is for Aeration & Overseeding. Logan and Dadrian did a phenomenal job! They were courteous, punctual, and professional. They also cleaned up after leaving so the area is looking good.We are looking forward to a nice green lawn this Spring! Im watering the lawn as I right this.If youre looking for a lawn service to get the best and greenest lawn possible, call the Pros at Unlimited Lawn Care, youll be glad you did!
I had their service for one year prepaid and ask them do not renew because of rental property. New tenant call and ask the service and they charge me for that and also worst customer service. Staff have no idea what to offer and who to talk about it. Very unprofessional and they say one thing but after service they charge you more because it was one time offer. Try to explain that my contract is over and I did not sign new one but they keep asking to pay but not to listen that it was different phone number who order the service even they told me new number which isnt belong me. Never ever try them again and will never suggest to anyone as well.
Really horrible experience with this company. Salesman seemed great and at first service appeared was going to be as promised however it went downhill after the first treatment. Very disappointed! As a matter fact my neighbor just went to Home Depot and got stuff for his lawn and applied himself and it looks far better than ours! My lawn has yet to be fertilized although I started my service at the end of February. I was told many times I was “on the listl for treatment but they were working their way through that was several months ago still nothing. Once they even came and put a sign in my yard and never came back to treat the grass! I finally just gave up and canceled. The cancellation seemed like it would be straightforward however I canceled on 11 June it is now the 29th I have still not seen the refund for the unused service. I was told by a snippy customer service person that they only process the refunds every other week and it could take up to 10 more business days. I wish I could describe all the ins and outs of what I went through dealing with this company but perhaps no one would want to read that much anyway. Bottom line, stay away.****UPDATE*****One of the most dissed reputable companies I have ever encountered!It is now almost October I have continued to get the runaround saying my refund is “being processed“Just very hard to wrap my rind around that they would keep my money AND stop servicing my yard after promising moneyback guarantee, and promising a refund of unused services. Even gave me a cancellation number so I could follow up on my refund only to be run around by every single staff member I have spoken with. I have lost count of the number of times I have called.
Very pleased with our service ! Our lawn looks the best it has ever looked in 3 years. When we moved in the previous owners had not done anything to the lawn and we had all kinds of weeds and several different types of grass. It looks awesome now!
My mother-in-law has been using Unlimited Lawn Care for several months and her lawn looks absolutely great. In speaking to Nathan Brown, their sales rep, about my own lawn, I found him to be very professional and informative. He was able to answer all of my questions about my own lawn care satisfactorily and professionally.
After repeated attempts at having someone come out to re-treat my lawn due to it looking terrible, I had to give up. I had been a customer for over 2 years after having put down new sod that looked great. Slowly over time, all kinds of weeds started growing through and only got worse. The billing department refused to send me paper copies of my bills. Just an overall miserable experience with this company. Should have cancelled service a long time ago!
What a joke. This company is terrible and is refusing to issue a refund for a service they failed to deliver. I had to make multiple phone calls and was promised call backs and services that I never received. I cancelled my account, the rep told me Id get a refund of $69 for the mosquito service that I paid for but never received and every time I called I was told to expect it within 7-10 days, now that the time has past the customer service rep Megan was incredibly rude, over talked me, and said they dont offer refunds. Terrible company. I work in the call center industry and am appalled by the service Ive received and its ridiculous that I havent received my refund of $69. Good customer service goes a long way and I couldve came back, not only have you lost a customer forever but I will be spreading the word. Bad reputation all over $69, terribly ran company.
Think the dudes name was Nate, either way the man was very professional and easy going. Even tho I currently couldnt afford services, he was not pushy but still briefly showed me the options I had for when I could get services. Very Nice and Polite Gentle giant.

Our service technician, Ira, was very professional and nice. He made sure to ring the doorbell to let us know he was there to service our lawn. We’ve had Unlimited Lawn Care come to our house about 4 times now and so far our lawn is looking good! I recommend this to anyone looking to have work done in their yard.
They destroyed my lawn !! They sends kids out to treat your lawn they have no idea what theyre doing.I filed a complaint with the BBB and they didnt even respond to it. Now Im getting the run around with customer service about the huge bare spots they left in my lawn and I still have weeds

The service was...alright. weeds never really got better but never really got worse. After 1 year I moved and cancelled my service. I get spam texts and calls constantly and every time have to remind them that I moved from the area. Not the smartest lot of people Ive ever dealt with. May have to play them a visit in person to spell it out for them.
STEER CLEAR AND BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. If you don’t have cameras on your property, don’t get them. They like to leave invoices and get caught on camera not doing any of the services. Then will keep charging you after you cancelled multiple times since 2020. They will continue to bill you and threaten collections if you don’t pay for services you didn’t want or have proof we’re not done at all. Very unprofessional, weeds never got under control and actually became worse, and they will harass you. You’re better off finding another company or doing it yourself. Save your money.
If it were possible to give negative stars, I would it. We used this company for a year for a rental property we own in Kennesaw. After the tenants moved out last week, I went over to cut the grass was appalled at how terrible the lawn looked.Now, most lawn care type companies will tell you that it takes time to get rid of weeks and to make the lawn look good--theyve been servicing this address for over a year. Take a look at the images and all the weeds. No pre-emergent put down, weeds are everywhere. The funny thing is after the last service they proudly put there sign out--I would be embarrassed.In addition, getting in touch with them is virtually impossible. Please, run the other way..
Service technician did a very thorough job spraying my yard. I observed him from my window and was very impressed. Other companies Ive used have been careless in the quality of their work by just rushing across my yard missing many areas. Doing a good job when you assume no one is watching is the standard I look for.
I used their services for a couple of months starting in August before the winter months. Although I would get calls that they were coming out, I never seen a worker in my front or back yard, and I work from home. About time the spring came, I had weed grass throughout my yard. Money literally down the drain. I do not recommend.
Do not recommend at all! I cancelled the service in December 2020 after trying them out for a year and not getting the weeds under control. I had to call several times to cancel. Then January 2021 comes around, and then they continue to try to bill me for sending a technician without me agreeing to continue to have the service (and the technician didn’t even do the whole yard — didn’t knock on the door nor I got the call the days prior to let me know they were coming ) — Purely predatory business behavior . Then today, I got a call from I think Peggy saying that they are going to continue to bill me regardless, even if the service they provided was against my will, not requested, and without notifying me, and not even conducting the whole service . I question their ethics and quality of work. I have wasted many hours calling them to try to solve issues with the lawn and to do something as simple as cancelling the service.

Not a great company to work with. Had one of the best yards in the neighborhood, and after a full season with unlimited now getting HOA fines due to weeds. Not just talking a couple, my entire yard. I called several times and just could not get someone to come out and talk to me. Finally got fed up and moved on. When I called to cancel, they said no problem and just cancelled, which is fine but says a lot about how they feel about their customers...
We were paying for our lawn to be treated for weeds and they quickly sprayed but it never worked. We also paid for aeration but they kept saying we were on the list and never came out to do so.
Not happy with the service. Had to call multiple times to have a tech come out for a spot treatment and for the first treatment. You schedule an appointment for a treatment and they never advise when they are comin. It usually takes over a week plus for them show up. I canceled my service and the rep asked me why I was leaving I was like are you serious.
I was really impressed with the first visit. They did what I paid for and each time they service my lawn I was notified. Howard is very professional and did a thorough job.
PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!Canceling service! Dean E Basher one of the owners is the rudest person I have talked to... he starts shouting few minutes in the conversation... he has no sense of talking and customer service!One of their technician came to do the service could not open the locked gate (they never called to inform me they were coming) and then went to the wrong gate inspite of my directions when I signed the contract!! I had other contractor working in my kitchen and he saw the whole thing happen!The technician could not open the gate so he basically Brut forced a double locked and knocked down the gate (see Pictures) .... a normal person would have knocked on the door to ask owner to unlock (there were 2 cars in the drive way so someone was home) ...I called them resolve this issue and told them that this gate was locked due to it being old .. the Owner Dean and Bill were so rude and refuse to do anything at all!! I mean I told them all I am asking is to do some compensation towards the next lawn service.. not asking to replace the gate for Gods sake... but they have no sense of customer service...See the broken gate pictures for yourself and look at the lawn too they dont do a good job...wast of money !!Ill take me business somewhere else and you should too !!

They stopped performing service on our backyard after a few months had gone by. When we first signed up for their weed control service we made it very clear that if they didnt perform the service in both the front and the back yard, we would Not pay for that visit and cancel our service. We also informed them that there was cameras in the front and backyard and our past experiences with previous companies. Everything went smooth for the first few months. Then we started noticing that the weeds were no longer getting better and started actually getting worse. My wife caught the guy performing service in the front and not the back, even though the dogs were still inside. We saved the video footage and notified their management. They tried sending the guy back out, but trust in them performing work agreed upon was gone. This isnt the first company to do this and its why I notified them prior to signing up. And yet, even with the proof they want us to still pay a bill for 1/2 of services not rendered, theft. We have informed them to correct the invoice and we would pay for only the service that was perormed, but they decided they would rather send it to collections.Update: 4/20/21Nate with Ulimited Lawn care decided it was best disregard a large No Soliciting sign and leave his contact information on my door.

I have been using Unlimited Lawn Care for 18 months. My lawn is full of weeds. I have tried numerous times to get a Supervisor to come by and tell me that this is what a lawn that has been treated for 18 months should look like. No one will come by. Very disappointed
This is a second chance with new manager Donlin Hinton responsible for my account. They showed up when asked, called first, and treated the whole lawn. This is a conditional review and I will follow-up. Trust but verify.Problems:After 1 year of prepaid service (8 trips) I have security camera evidence of 3 skipped visits. Hanging the doorknob sign and gone in
ULC has been working our yard for both grass and bushes treatment. Where TruGreen could not get rid of a few places of weeds in our yard or vines growing in the bushes, ULC is able to do so! When TruGreen would come out to retreat a weed spot in the yard, they would turn it brown. Our ULC tech pulled the weed, then filled the area. TruGreen after 20 yrs being a customer was charging me $200 when yard and bush services were executed. ULC is crushing that extortion for the same service. My last straw w TruGreen was when I tried to negotiate a discount. I told them I was shopping. They were willing to then cut me a deal which still was not near ULC quote. Stay local. The big boys give you excuses. Its sad but true. ULC is definitely worth a try and much easier to do business.

Had our first service today. They did not call before coming, despite being assured that they would several times during setup. Tech proceeded to go into fenced backyard without checking in with us despite the Beware of Dog sign on gate. Tech then started spreading chemicals around two young children. When I asked him about why he hadnt called first, he said he didnt know he was supposed to and then continued the application around the boys! I dont care how safe your chemicals are, theyre still chemicals that shouldnt be applied with kids and pets around!I then called the office to make sure we had a call first note on our account. Spent ten minutes on hold for the customer service department before hanging up and contacting the sales department, which - no shock here - answered within 20 seconds. (This pretty much tells you what the focus of the company is.) When I asked to speak to a manager after getting someone in sales, I was hung up on. I called back and told the next person I was recording her. Thankfully, she was polite and was able to quickly cancel the account for us.STAY AWAY.

I apologize in advance if this vehicle is not from this location, however it appears the company is the same. The driver of this vehicle was speeding 40+ in my neighborhood. Im sure this is not indicative of the quality of their work or the driving of all of their employees however IF you decide to hire this company keep in mind that your driver may speed in your neighborhood like he did mine. GPS trackers on fleet vehicles would solve this issue quickly and rein in bad driving by employees .

Troy was very professional and answered all the questions we had regarding what he was treating the lawn with and how to tell if its working. He took his time to make sure the full lawn was treated.My wife worked out of our home and office is at the front door and has never seen one people come treat our lawn but we always get a bill hanging on the door.We just want you all to know that Troy seems to be a great employee and take his job seriously. I have used and personally worked for several lawn care companies and as a whole I can say that Unlimited Lawn Care is committed to their customers. The techs are knowledgeable and friendly as is their customer service team. They give proper expectations and have offered any suggestions of what can be done on a customer’s side to really partner with them to get the absolute best results. I couldn’t be more pleased.

We just recently started using Unlimited lawn care since switching from another provider and the customer service has been great. Emmanuel & Calvin aerated our yard and provided excellent communication and care. They were efficient and professional - much appreciated!
I currently have service with unlimited lawn care and at first i said well let me give them a shot so I did and well the results werent as good as I thought they would be. I still have ALOT of weeds on the front of my lawn but my grass is greener Now on the sides and back of my yard I still have weeds and have no green grass its brown and looks dead on certain spots but over all Im not happy with my service MY LAWN is supposed to be GREEN and WEED FREE ALL OVER not just green in the front and brown on the sides. My Neighbor hired a different company to take care of his lawn and I hired UNLIMITED that same day and guess whos grass is GREENER AND HAS NO WEEDS just let me say it is not mine. Disappointed.

I have been with them for 3 years now and my experience thus far is that they are more interested in sending you an invoice than actually doing the lawn maintenance. My lawn is in poor shape and it’s been for some time, but they promised me that they will take good care of it if I buy annual contract this year (2020). I did, and still no change or even worst. So now I am dealing with the fun exercise of trying to talk to a manager to address this. I am getting promises that they will come out and fix it, well they don’t even respond to emails or phone calls.This is my first posting/review ever for any product or service. I hope that showS how fed up I am with this organization.Rather try someone else - this company is useless.

I knew my customer service representative (Kle) from years ago and always found him to be fair and knowledgeable person. So when he let me know of the value I would recognize if I allowed Unlimited to protect my lawn, I did not hesitate and I’m very satisfied with Unlimited service.

Discussed weeds with Troy... That i had already discussed with management several weeks earlier on another type of service sales call... Management said they were hard to kill type of weeds and would do a retreat and use a tank sprayer/spot treat for the hard to kill weeds which would be identified by blue dye.... Troy identified type of weeds... He appeared unaware of the call with management... He said he would spot treat the weeds... he was gone in 5 min... and only treated a couple of weeds and left rest of yard untouched... As had only a 2 gallon sprayer... if he needed more chemical not one word was said... no follow up call to say someone else would be back out to finish spot treatments..Issues... Had had several treatments this year... yrd techs didnt notify management or me of the weed issue nor spot treated as need when already here... Management didnt follow up as promised... and when did a spot treatment with Troy, it was just barely any of all the weeds needed to be treaded...

Last year when we USED UNLIMITED lAWN CARE used non-sharpened aeration equipment that resulted in NO PLUGS even though I had watered the lawn. I DO AERATION EVERY YEAR and NEVER had this problem before. The technician should have immediately known within a FEW FEET that there was equipment issues. I complained but no response no refund. Sales person came out next year and I relayed my problem. He said he would check on it but no response again. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & RESPONSE TO PROBLEMS

Ive used this company for many years. Ive even refereed two neighbors to their service. When I first hired them several years ago I had a service where the technician treating my lawn did not treat the entire property. After sending them the video they apologized and made it right. This time it happened again however the way they handled it this time made it seem as if I was a thief or liar. After tons of back and forth about send the whole video and cant read the video format etc.... I posted the video on YouTube and know they have seen it several times. During the process I cancelled my account. Its been over a month and still no call.
Unlimited Lawn Care provides excellent service. My tech, Christian Adams, is always professional and prompt. I appreciate his attention to detail. Wouldn’t change a thing!

Kle Langford came out to look at my hard, and he was VERY professional and knowledgeable about the types of weeds in my yard and what needed to be done.
