These guys are awesome. I took my Gaming PC in for screens going black when starting a game or putting any load on it. My PC was stuck in a windows repair loops and they re installed windows for me, after that the General Manager took over my situation and spent days upon days trying to figure out why my PC was crashing, tested every single component in my PC and finally I was informed it was my motherboard. After weeks of frustration I could finally breathe. I was suspecting the worse such as my 3080 had died etc. But no these guys diagnosed my PC for 2 weeks and kept me updated every single day. If you have a custom rig, bring it here. They dont stop until they have an answer. I wont take my PC anywhere else, thats a promise.

Bunch of scammers. Do not go here. They offered me $200 cash for a like-new Razer gaming laptop - worth at least $1,600 brand new. I know value drops once you buy it, but that is just ridiculous. It was literally like-new. Nothing wrong with it. They just want to rip off less knowledgeable users.Never do business with them. I would rather use my laptop for target practice than sell it to these rip-offs for $200 cash.

My work computer had an issue and needed to be replaced. Kat was very helpful and was able to clone my hard drive to a new computer. Had me back up and running early the next morning. Very pleased with my whole experience.

I took my work computer in to get some minor fixes made, ended up upgrading almost everything! Im so incredibly happy with the service I received here. Super fast turnaround, the technician who helped me was very knowledgeable, and everyone I interacted with was very friendly. The difference between my computer now and what I had before is night and day. I cannot recommend them enough.

Id like to thank the folks at Computers Plus for repairing my PC. They were able to correctly diagnose the problem - a failed hard drive - and replace it in a relatively timely manner, though it did take a few days longer than expected, which is okay because the computer has since been fine and has booted with no problems.As with any repair shop, make sure that you are satisfied before leaving the store (check your System Info to make sure everything looks accurate according to factory specs). Overall, the staff at Computers Plus does good work and I recommend using them in the future.

I was in need of entire stand-alone desktop setup, a refurbished laptop, and a tech that could set all this up in my home. I dont have enough GOOD things to say about Computers Plus!!!Terrence went far out of his way to help me. Took my old computer and made it new again. It had been going blue screen on me and I thought Id lost all my information, but he and his crew were AMAZING! They redid everything and were so patient. I took it home and it went back to its old ways. I took it back and they worked on it and its been running like new ever since .I highly recommend them. Theyre friendly, knowledgeable and the best part, they dont make you feel stupid for not knowing something.They also contribute to the local community.

I took my external hard drive here a month ago as it was crashing my computer and wouldn’t open (I assumed there were corrupt files on there). They had the drive for a week only to then tell me that they couldn’t fix it and wanted me to send it off to a data recovery center in Ohio.Needless to say I took it back and called a mobile computer/accessories repair place and they were able to fix and I have access to all of my files.Computers Plus is probably best for simple fixes maybe but their lack of communication on the status of what was happening over the course of the week was really disappointing. I had to call several times, only for one person to tell me that it was ready to be picked up, couldn’t tell me if it was fixed, and as I got there it actually was not ready for pickup nor was it fixed. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Went to go fix my MacBook Pro and I brought it in for a simple fix I couldn’t fix it myself since I didn’t have proper tools). First of all took them 3 days to even look at the computer, then got a message saying they can’t do anything to fix it. Went it to go pick it up and for doing absolutely nothing they decided to charge me $70 for doing nothing. Wasn’t even able to bring the price down at all.

My computer kept crashing because it was dusty, so I took it to this shop. They were welcoming and helpful with every question, interaction, and phone call. They replaced the hard drive and transferred all the information from my old drive over as well as replaced the outer casing. I would recommend these guys for a quick and painless experience.

Great shop with a knowledgeable staff! Kat was a great help to me in making the right decision on buying the computer that meets/surpassed my gaming needs. In the future I plan on getting them make a custom computer for gaming only.

The this the worst experience I never had, I brought my laptop to get it fixed and to recover the data as well that what I signed for when I brought i int . So KATHERINE HAWARD she did signed me in and told me $45 to troubleshoot it and in 24 or 48 hours we will give you a call to to give you the price to see if you decide to go ahead but nobody called me until I called after three days and they told me the cost will be $150 to get your computer up and running and to cover all the data so the $50 just to recover the data I told them yes go ahead but after almost a week I went to pick it up they said You have to pay $158 But when I check the laptop inside the store to see if All my data has been recovered but the laptop it was empty I told him why is that the technician said I’m sorry we cannot back up your laptop because the hard drive was broken or failed I told them nobody told me that the price they gave me it was for the recovery of data and and replacing the hard drive .they were admitted that was a miscommunication between them but I’m not aware of I’m just a customer so Undo the work and put the old hard drive in and they gave me a laptop back and they charge me $45 I will let you guys judge if this is professional because what I was thinking they should only charge me $100 for the fix since the recovery of data wasn’t done.They never offer me any suggestions .By the way KATHERINE is the one who gave me the laptop back and she had no words to say and she Pretends she didn’t know nothing they told me she’s the manager.Thanks for the service Katherine

I was about 90 miles from home when my laptop began to act up. I could not get it to stop rebooting, and I needed to be able to use it again ASAP. I searched for a computer shop, and Computers Plus was the closest place, so I went in there. A delightful lady named Kat greeted me, asked me a few questions, and took my contact information. She was very friendly and professional, which was wonderful since I was pretty stressed. I went to eat at a Mexican restaurant nearby, and had not even finished my meal when I received a call back, letting me know my computer was fixed! I went back to the store, and the problem had been resolved. Xavier and DaShawn were the techs who helped resolve the issue, and they were amazing, explaining what had gone wrong and giving me advice on how to handle the problem if it ever occurred again. Kat was there again to help me check out, and the price was less than I expected. All in all a great experience, which is why I asked her for everyones names. Good service is hard to find these days, and they exceeded every expectation. Thanks to them all for getting me back up and running so quickly!

I was having trouble adding a gmail email address into outlook, and Teresa helped me navigate through the steps to get it working. While she was helping me, she also worked with and helped a couple other customers who came into the store. She was knowledgeable, helpful and very polite to everyone. Her help got me out of a bind and back to being able to work properly on my laptop. Greatly appreciate the help!

The entire staff at the Kennesaw Ga location went above and beyond. I went into the store with my whole world shattered from a fail disk drive. Katherine and Terrance took very good care of me. They kept me in the loop during the entire process. I even got a phone call the day after receiving my drive back to make sure that my life was back up and running. Got my iPhone screen replaced here and it broke within a month after falling 1 ft off a couch, and they wound the fix it. They also damaged my phone and stripped the screws so my previous replacement was just glued on with some adhesive.

A really good place to take your computer to have it worked on. They sell new electronics also.

Went in just to browse for a potential gaming laptop, lady said and I quote gaming on a laptop is not recommended 😂😂😂 get with the times man. How are you going to say that, this isnt the early 2000s anymore. Based off of that response alone I knew this wasnt a true computer store. That or they need to better educate/hire employees that are more knowledgeable about current gen products. Save your time and go to Microcenter in Marietta. Youll thank me later.

Took multiple pcs in for various things, they came back out before they estimated they would, prices were below what they had estimated, however the pcs were missing necessary drivers for various programs to run that should have been with the reinstall, so they have to go back in and what should have been a day at best work, turned into another week . Rude front desk, and I had to chase them down for a time frame on when the pcs would be finished . I had originally thought this to be a good place to leave my pcs but I have recently found its not . When I tried to speak to management they had no time to listen to my concerns .

Being a student my laptop is my life. I cracked my screen and was able to take my laptop in and was given a set price with no hidden fees or possibilities of additional fees, which was clarified before I signed anything! Although they had to order my screen it came in a timely manner. After getting it back I noticed it was doing something it hadnt done before and I called back up there and they fixed it that day with no additional costs! The price was reasonable and these guys were awesome, great service and just awesome in general! I will never consider another computer repair store, they have gained a lifetime customer with me.

These guys are the best. I took my computer to 5 different stores to solve my issue, and all 5 had no clue of what was going on with it. Basically they all told me to go buy a new computer. I was not in the market to purchase a new computer. I found these guys and within minutes of them looking at it, they knew what the issue was. It was fixed in less than 20 minutes. Told me what the issue was and was more about trying to rectify the problem, not pushing me out the door. Excellent customer service and friendly. Highly Recommend!

Took my laptop in not knowing what was wrong; just knew that the computer would not charge. Computers Plus diagnosed and ordered the parts needed to make the repair before I even left their shop. This was last Friday. Part came in yesterday and Paul made the repair that same day. Very easy!!!!Would definitely recommend and will use their services again as needed.

I took my Huawei Matebook 13 into see why I had a white spot only visible on a black background and was told its a pressure mark and would cost me $1200 with labor and parts to fix but the laptop was $1200 brand new when I purchased it. Excellent and quick work to remove a virus on my MacBook Pro for their advertised rate to clean off viruses. Went in the store mid morning, and clean MacBook returned mid afternoon. Terence was the Tech and does good work.

This is a great company to work with! I have been working with Computer Plus for over 5 years ranging from diagnostic work to laptop repair. They conduct themselves in an ethical and honest manner.
