Chuck came out and explain what the cap would be made of how it would fit and warranty. He was on time with his appointment which had alway been important to me. He called and let me know his crew was on their way. Again they were on time. They did a great job with the installation and I could be more pleased with the results. I highly recommend this company. I certainly would use them again if a need should ever arise.
