The worst location that I went. Although I had reservation the manager told me we don’t have any car right now. They had car but they didn’t give it to me. Maybe because I am not an American originally. Anyway, don’t go they will waste your time!
I use this company quite a bit and they are always doing their best. I deal with mining and sometimes getting a 4X4 truck can be a challenge. Id have to say they seem to find one for me or something close so I can take it to site when needed. The vehicles have always been clean and ready to run. Ill see you when the next rental is needed.
Representative was very polite and friendly. She took time to expalin features of the vehicle before hand me keys to drive off the lot. Vehicle clean and properly maintained.
If I could give a negative star, I would.We were driving on the highway and we hear something from the left side of the rear view mirror. My mom got worried so she got off the exit and saw a piece of plastic that was under the rear view mirror popped off. I immediately called enterprise and the lady sounded concerning but told me it’s okay and that they will look at it when we return it.Waiting for a phone call hoping enterprise will listen to what happened from our end, they just sent us a bill.Terrible customer service.how is it our fault that you gave us a poorly manufactured car, maybe next time when you check for scratches before giving the car off, you should make sure your parts on your car ARE SECURED AND TIGHTEN instead of just blaming it on the customer and billing them hundreds of dollar.
Number one service. Very quick pick up and return. Nice clean Chevy Malibu picked up in a downpour but right next to the office, No problem. Smooth driving. We always go with Enterprise.
Great experience with getting rental car through insurance company after accident. Enterprise called me directly to schedule a time to pick up the car. The car was clean and ready when I arrived. Checking out and returning the vehicle were quick and easy.

I want to post something without being nasty. We rented a car from Enterprise in JAN 2021 because we were in a serious car accident and t- boned ( not our fault). We had rental coverage as our car was totaled in the crash. We had the car about a week. when we showed up to get the rental, there was 1 person working, a line out the door. But we waited this was on a Saturday. My husband and I were told we could use the drop box to return the car off hours. So on Sunday evening Jan 10 we dropped off the car in the parking lot, dropped the keys in the night box drop. About a week later we receive a letter in the mail from DAMAGE CENTER telling us the car was damaged, and we had to pay for the DAMAGES. We called the 866 number on the letter many many times and got recordings. When we did finally talk to a CR, we asked to speak with a supervisor. Her answer was basically too bad so sad. She told us per contract, we are liable until the car is properly checked in by a customer service person per contract. Now you all are wondering what??? Why would there be a drop box and told we can drop off the car anytime, yet we are still responsible?? So we asked the manager this at the DAMAGE CENTER and her reply was per contract. Let me ask you? We are responsible people. We were never contacted ( oh yeah thats because they had all the information wrong for us, phone numbers, residence etc.) we were never asked to come see the damage, there is a drop box for the keys but apparently we have to actually see a customer service person which IDK there was only 1 person there that day. And the DAMAGE CENTER says its our responsibility. Well I am sending out this message as a huge red flag. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS ENTERPRISE!!. WARNING DO NOT RETURN A CAR TO A DROP BOX..
A quick in and out experience. The focus to get the customer in the car as quick as possible is a great improvement.
I did the pre-registration and even added a driver and was in and out fast with pickup. The car (2020 Toyota Camry) was perfect for our road trip. It was clean and ready to go. Everyone at enterprise was extremely nice to everyone! I will definitely use this Enterprise again.
This place is not on the same page with its customers. Miscommunication is not how a business should be ran. They don’t tell you anything about how they charge you. Then they tell me that my full deposit will be refunded, find out they only gave me partial because they took another day out of my deposit because of their 24 hour pay cycle. Somethings not right and will definitely not go through them EVER. STAY AWAY from them!
The employees at this location are a breath of fresh air in times like what we are going thru. They where very cheerful and energetic and as helpful as you would like people to be. Smiles with masks on is rare these days. I love you guys you were great and went above and beyond to satisfy my needs at last minute thank you so much keep doing what your doing.

Every time I have came to rent a car with Enterprise I receive the best customer service. I am a frequent visitor with them I rent cars often and I have NOT had a bad experience with any of the staff. They take GREAT care of me. My car is always ready when I arrive. They greet me with a smile and we laugh and talk for a minute and I am on my way. I will ALWAYS rent a car with Enterprise because I get the BEST SERVICE and deals.
I have had several great interactions with the Enterprise Rent-a-car team. They were professional and organized. They had all my information online uploaded and it made for a quick walk around and signature to pick up the vehicle for my rental. I even was stranded with a broke down vehicle and their rental were to small for my family and our suitcases. They worked hard at the close of business day to be sure we could get to a larger vehicle and have room to continue on our vacation while our family van received service. I was very impressed they stayed about a half hour past closing to be sure me and my littles were all safe. Thank you for having such a good example of hard work, integrity and professionalism. Thank you for just caring.

The Customer Service I have received at this Location is beyond the level of customer service I have received at any other Enterprise Location. Star is amazing and trustworthy. She cares about the customers. This is now my favorite Location as long as Star is there.
I’d give ten stars if I could. Our experience was flawless and enjoyable from start to finish with no hiccups or bumps in between. Star has got to be the most professional and delightful person I have dealt with in customer service in a very long time. Her energy and knowledge truly set the stage for this experience. When we arrived to pick up the rental, Randi assisted us in the rain without hesitation and her beautiful smile shined through, even under the mask. I was notified when insurance was cancelling the rental, and also when they extended it, by a personal phone call. Dropoff was so easy with the drop box since schedule can be tricky with young children during the day. And when I realized I left my garage door opener in the vehicle, I let them know and Brandon was happy to get it from my vehicle and have it ready for me to pick up.I’ve been in customer service all twenty years that I have worked my adult life. I started as a secretary then went on to serve and bartend and now I am a registered nurse. I know all about customer service. These days, unfortunately, exceptional customer service is hard to come by. But this group of young people that work at this particular Enterprise location knocked my expectations way out of the park. They’ve got what can’t be learned and should be considered a huge asset for the Enterprise corporation. Give these people a raise!!Very happy customers ❤️

Im writing this for Enterprise rent a car, to be more careful on their detailing inspections before releasing a vehicle to customers!My wife rented a vehicle from you 2x, (same store) she and employee do an inspection of car before leaving. Car smells of cigarettes/ smoke, employee says no, cant smell it. Proceeds with inspection, employee seemed to be bothered, wife leaves with car. (Wife is allergic to cigarettes smoke, she has to stop and buy allergy medicine for reaction.) She returns car tells employee ( same employee) what happened, he just groans. Enterprise employee or company should take better care of detailing. She loves renting from you enterprise, but if your thriving to be #1 in the industry, relay that message to the rest of departments, Customer service & Detail dept. At least at this store.
Customer service wasnt that bad. The truck i rented was nice but could have been cleaner. Before i returned the truck i had it washed and vacuumed it out. When i got my invoice i seen they charged me a $75.00 cleaning fee because they said i smoked in it witch is false because i dont even smoke. I told them that and was told i would get a call back about the situation but still have not got a call back. They charge whatever they can to get get an extra dollar. They charge if u bring it back dirty but dont give a discount if they loan u a dirty vehicle.
The Acworth location is great. The team was super friendly, they had a car ready and it was in very clean condition. Returning the car was also easy. I would use this location again.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They advised me how to get my insurance to pay for the rental and did everything they could to make it an easy and comfortable experience. The vehicle was clean and in excellent condition.
I had reservations at another location, but I couldn’t go to that location because I needed to drop my car off to the shop for repairs and take an Uber to the nearest Enterprise. I called Enterprise and switched my reservations, and I was told that my car was ready for pick up. However, while I was waiting for Uber, Randy called and left a message on my voicemail to tell me that they were out of economy size vehicles and I needed to pay for an upgrade.I immediately called by after I heard the voicemail, and I explained to Randy that my house had burned down, and I didn’t have any extra money for a larger vehicle. I told her that I just needed something small so I could drive around and look for temporary housing until my house was rebuilt. She told me that I would have to wait one hour until more vehicles came in.Other customers came in while I was waiting and they were put into vehicles within 5-10 minutes of their arrival. When I asked why, I was told that they had reservations. So did I. There shouldn’t be such a disconnect between corporate and the local office on the vehicles that they have available.I called corporate while I was waiting and I was told that they had vehicles available. When I asked to speak with a manager, she transferred me back to Enterprise that I was waiting. Janette (a manager) was talking to me from behind the desk as she watched me sit in the lobby. She transferred me back to corporate, but the call was disconnected.I waited over 3 hours for a vehicles, and I was given a mini van for the price of an economy car, because I was told that was all that they had. My issue is why did I have to wait 3 hours for what could have been done from the beginning?I’ve been dealing with enterprise rental for over 30 years and this was my worse experience ever.

Great car rental. Rented for business. Ford Fusion Hybrid. Had for 2.5 weeks gas cost $19.50. Service was fantastic.

Staff is great. Car choices are usually hit or miss on size and age. Once I was upgraded to super nice SUV and the next time was giving a car smaller than a full size. Not a big deal. Mostly they do a great job.

I had an excellent experience with Enterprise thanks to Stanley. My vehicle was rendered inoperable after I was struck by an individual who ran a red light. I called my local office and notified them that I would need an SUV as a replacement for my car while it was being evaluated by the insurance company. When I got to the office I was greeted by Stanley who already had a luxury SUV waiting for me. He went over the vehicle inside and out and advised me of the various functions and features. He then proceeded to walk me through the rental process and to tell me how things would work with the insurance company. Stanley really rolled out the red carpet for me, I felt quite special, although in all honesty I saw him giving every customer the White Glove treatment. When I was there a lady had come in at the last minute, flustered, looking for a car and Stanley was able to make arrangements and get her into a vehicle that evening, she was very grateful. Stanley handed me the keys and told me to contact him if I had any issues or concerns. I spoke with Stanley a couple times over the course of my rental and each time he went above and beyond the call and provided me with outstanding service. He coordinated the billing with the insurance company and made everything seamless for me. He turned a bad situation into a great experience for me. Please continue to hire individuals like Stanley, he is an asset to the organization and I am sure that you will hear more good things about his professional demeanor and exceptional customer service. Fast and easy car rental. I was greeted by a friendly associate that checked me in via tablet. Once I signed I was on my way within minutes. My only complaint would be the bad odor that was in the car.

The agents provided courteous and great customer service. For over 5 years, I did not use Enterprise due to a bad experience; however, I decided to give them another chance and this location turned it around. I would recommend this location any day. I cant remember all their names now, but 3 agents were involved throughout the whole process and all 3 of them were awesome!
I have had rental cars the last few months on and off from ENterprise. Customer service is good but the cars are never clean. The windows inside both rentals in and out were filthy!! For as much as I was charged I expected a clean car inside and out!
Update: Star was nice. She helped me the day I initially reserved.The next day I ended up having to return the car. I was stressed and disappointed.... not excited to rent a car again....

Great service from Rob! I recently relocated from CA so needed a rental until my car arrived. My reservation was for a different branch but I accidentally came into this one. At first, I was told there were no vehicles present but Rob was able to get me into one within 5 mins, saving me a trip to the branch I originally had the reservation with. This car did not work out for me so I ended up switching to a different vehicle, from the airport. Upon returning rental, Rob asked me about my experience and instead of just listening, he asked if there was anything he could do to improve the experience. I replied and he followed through with my request! Amazing service oriented branch, thanks Rob!
This is not a reading of a particular location but a rating of the overall rental experience. All of the people I came in contact with were professional and helpful. The vehicle was as described and was clean. This was a one way rental from Georgia to North Carolina. I was told that I could drop off the car at the location the same day of the rental however it was a good thing I checked because the drop off location was closed necessitating the return of the vehicle the next day. One small frustration was that the location where the vehicle was returned had absolutely no Enterprise signage as it was lodged in an auto body shop. Fortunately, I called ahead to determine where they were located so it wasnt a problem for me. The Enterprise we pick you up service is a bit lame. In my case the earliest they could come to pick me up would be 11 AM which did me no good since I needed to be on the road by 8 AM. Finally, it seems to be standard practice within the industry that if you return the vehicle with more fuel than you received when you rented the car, you get no credit for it. While I realize that returning the car with more fuel then when you received it mostly benefits the next renter, it nonetheless does seem unfair and IMHO it is industry shortsighted. Ive never rented a car with less than a half tank of gas so doesnt that mean that Enterprise has to fuel the car to at least that amount and isnt there a cost associated with that labor? If that is not the case then it could be possible for a person to rent a car with an eighth of a tank of gas and then have to manage his gas consumption so that he returns the car with no more than a eighth of a tank of gas perpetuating this crazy cycle for the next renter.

My family and I rented a car for Labor Day weekend and we had an excellent experience! We thought we were gonna be there for a while but we were in and out and out car was great cleaned no problems. We will definitely be coming back next time we need a rental.
Please know that everything I say from this point is pure jokes and fun. It was a great experience (read between the lines).Curse you Enterprise! I made our reservation and went to the wrong location, and what happens? I was given a vehicle that I was sure I would hate because it was a Ford. I dont like Fords! But you convinced me to rent the Ford F150 and let me just say...I drove a Ford, and I liked it! Darn you! It drove just as great as the agent said it would and it had tons of power...just like he said! But what you didnt tell me was how much room was in the cab; AHA! GOT YOU! No, actually I dont, it was major roomy. Ugh! I was wanting to rip you guys apart, but I cant. It was a really good experience, you win. :) Now Im going to buy a Ford (maybe).
The experiences I always have at the Hiram location keep me coming back. It literally takes me 10 minutes from the time I walk in and riding out the door in my rental.
I would love to give them 5 stars, but the first time the driver came out to pick me up he assumed I was drinking alcohol bc I had a Dr pepper in a yeti. He could have easily asked what I was drinking or even be more professional and go over the drinking and driving policies with me so I couldve let him know Im NOT a drinker. They refused to rent me a car and cost me 3 days with no ride. I had to call and the lady that answered informed me of their policies and told me he thought I was drinking, so after explaining myself they did get me in a car and from that point the customer service was excellent.
I have rented from the Acworth location a couple times when needing to head out of state and have always received awesome customer service from these guys. Will definitely continue coming back, thanks for all you do Acworth Enterprise team! 💕
They forgot to pick me up, I had to drive there before they close so it was a quick pick up and then when returned they said I cracked the windshield which I am 100% sure it was already in that condition.
They did an excellent job as usual. The were courteous and when they didnt have the type of car I requested they gave me a deal on another car. I would suggest that they ease up on selling the optional insurance. If my insurance carrier tells me not to take it then Im going to take their advice as it is my dime.
Ridiculously poor customer service...The turnover makes it impossible to create relationships with regulars. Corporate and rewards programs customers are punished for being located near this store. While many are great at what they do, others have no idea how to think outside the corporate box. Current management seems just as robotic. Literally everything you build with 1 group disappears within a short period. The newbies have idea or desire to learn anything. The almighty search for dollars will sink this place.

First time renting a vehicle for a vacation trip. Very easy and convenient. Very nice, and helpful employees.
Horrible experience with Cobb Parkway location. The manager wanted to switch me out of a car mid contract. After negotiating a rate that was suppose to last six months or more because I questioned the purpose of charging two credit cards at one time (which they had done at least two times prior) VS charging one card and placing a hold on the second card. I was then forced to turn the car in or the rate would be doubled. The location/s I have experienced so far seem to not have an understanding of making the customer feel valued. Im not sure what benefits are afforded to a Platinum member because to date Enterprise doesnt make me feel valued at all. No conclusion yet about the Hiram location. I feel they could have done a better job with my rental renewal last week. However, the agents were very nice and courteous.
They do a great job in picking you up and are a very friendly team. The only problem I have had is their cars are never clean inside. This has been in every occasion I have rented from them. They need a better car cleaning crew!
What a messed up place!! Aisha totally unhelpful. She also claimed to be the manager. I had a car rental approved for my car being in the shop. She told me I would have to contact the insurance company to get it extended and when I did they said it had already been approved. She never even looked and got sassy with me on the phone. I told her if she wanted the car to come to my house to get it. She said she couldn’t do that. Urgh. Can’t stand this place would never do business with them again. Turns out my rental car was already approved. They don’t give out confirmation numbers and the rep named sunny at corporate also told me she was the manager and that no manager was above her. I am sensing a theme. Everyone is a manager and no one knows anything. I ask to contact the owner of the branch and they don’t know who that is. Seriously??
Love renting from enterprise, always a great selection of new cars. We have rented cars in the past as an extended real life test when deciding to purchase a new vehicle for the family. I havent had a better experience anywhere else, they are quick, curteous and friendly.
I know it was the week prior to Thanksgiving. We were traveling to Atlanta (actually south of Atlanta) when our own Honda Odysseys transmission blew. Totally destroyed.I called Enterprise and they were great to help us. Picked up my wife and three girls taking to the office and about an hour or so later they came back to get me. I had to stay at the vehicle for AAA to tow it.I was told I would be driving a sedan. My wife and I had to cram all we had in our van into a tiny blue Hyundai Accent. Had to leave the bikes. It was the biggest car they could release to us.Looked like the outside of the vehicle had been hosed off, but the inside was filthy. I had to literally clean every window from the inside....and they had not been cleaned in a long time. I made three attempts to upgrade, twice drove to the airport, to no avail. We had to drive back to Kentucky in this little car. There was no cruise control on this tiny vehicle. Only good thing about it was the 34+ mpg!When I turned it in the office in Louisville, I was questioned about where the car was. The paperwork listed I had a silver Elantra. Never got that......but the folks took the car and cleared us out in Louisville.Everyone was very nice at all the offices.....but it seems they could have released one of the vehicles they keep (reserved in case something mechanical happens to one of the rentals on the road). We made it home, and will have to travel back to retrieve the bikes.I guess I was expecting more from one of the leaders in the car rental business than I received.

I reserved through Costco. I picked the car smoothly, great car, great customer service. I have rented in this location before for years. Only issue I had is when I returned the vehicle as the contract said but the office was closed it being Labor day. The key drop could not open for me to drop the key. Called customer service (800#) and going through a few customer service agents, one agent was able to advice me what to do.
Excellent customer service from pickup to return. Staff members were extremely helpful at the end of the day and again at the start of the work week day. Smiling faces, friendly and genuinely happy staff.
The 3265 Cobb Parkway Enterprise staff is awesome. I was greeted with a smile and offers of help. The associate was professional, courteous and very informative. I was in and out with a quality vehicle in very short order. Thank you Enterprise, Ill be back.
Aside from Malcolm, TERRIBLE experience! They held a deposit claiming they lost their own vehicle. Finally released the hold on my account after I called them, said it was due to some switch up with their unit numbers or stock numbers got moved around. What that has to do with me, IDK. Definitely wasnt worth the one day rental. Most of these reviews should have been a good enough warning for me. In the future, I will pay more and just go somewhere more professional. My family and I had an emergency and came in for a last minute rental. The staff was accommodating and took care of us in a speedy manner. The staff was warm and welcoming at a very early hour and it was much appreciated.
AWFUL. DO NOT TRUST YOUR RESERVATION - IT MEANS NOTHING HERE. Reserved a car online two months in advance from the date we needed it. Even called the Acworth office to confirm vehicle type (suburban) and get more specifics on car features, etc. Called one week prior to pick up date to make sure our reservation was still in place. Called two days in advance to request a two hour earlier pick up time (10am instead of noon, but they could not promise a car would be available two hours earlier than our reservation time. This was cause for concern and should have tipped me off to go elsewhere). Called at 7:45am THE DAY OF PICK UP to find out if the car might be available early, but they said it would be ready at 11:30. We arrive at 11:30 and they do not have a car. Nothing at all! We sit in their office for an hour while they call around looking for one. I just cant believe the incompetence of this place. They had more than enough time to secure the vehicle requested and flat out failed to do their job. And they had multiple opportunities to inform us that they didnt have a car for us, yet didnt think it would be important to inform us. I would give ZERO STARS if that was an option here. Still cant believe this place...

Because I still do a lot of traveling to visit family for the holidays, other special occasions, or sometimes family emergencies, I continue to call on Enterprise because the individuals there have always provided me such great customer service. I want to make a special mention about how great the folks at 3265 Cobb Pkwy have been. Mary Beth, Meagan, Malcolm, David,and Austin who has moved on, as well as all of the drivers there who have picked me up and dropped me off are truly exceptional! I rented a car for one day to drive from Acworth to Birmingham. Sean, the manager, called me ahead of time to confirm my reservation and make sure the rental process would go as smoothly as possible when I arrived. When I picked up the car, I received a complimentary upgrade, which I appreciated. Sean and Jas (spelling?) were both very courteous, especially since I arrived near closing time. I thought I would get the car back by 6 p.m. the following day, but was an hour late. I dropped the keys off in the night drop box. Sean didnt charge me for an extra day, which I really appreciated.One suggestion: make sure customers know where the gas tank button for their rental car is located. I couldnt find it on the Dodge Charger and couldnt locate instructions in the car manual either. Luckily, I finally spotted it in the car door pocket (very well hidden).Overall, a great experience and I will rent from this Enterprise location again!

RENTER BEWARE: After several unsuccessful rental experiences, I unfortunately, have decided to return to Hertz. The team here are pleasant, however, for the past several CORPORATE rentals booked well in advance, they still do not have the type of vehicle I requested at the time of booking, Its either a much larger (consumes more fuel) or smaller than what I booked. I always book intermediate SUVs and this branch for whatever reasons never has them. After the last rental I expressed my frustration to the staff member who called to see how the rental was and I told her this same story. She said the manager would call me; that person never did.
This is not about this particular branch, but Enterprise in general. The people at this branch have been very nice in my past dealings with them.I had made a reservation and when it was time to pick up the car, I was told they didnt have any available. I understand the reasons why, people didnt return cars on time, etc. But you gave a reservation, its your responsibility to provide the service, figure it out. So now I cant get to work, so I lose out and you just say oh well, it happens and the lady on the phone for customer service actually started laughing at me when I said it was unacceptable. Unbelievable.

How is it possible that a person with a visitor visa and a foreign driver license Can NOT rent a car with this company? How they supposed to visit places and go on a trip if they can’t do that? What kind of company is this? Poor policies!!!

Very nice but there is zero car selection. You get what they give you and if you ask for something else its the only car they have. They mainly seem to just cater to the nearby car repair place and they do not come pick you up like the commercial says
Antoinette and staff do a great job! I will rent again from this location. They actually try hard to get the vehicle that we need, I rent for work and vacations. They go above and beyond every rental.

I had a reservation for a 7 passenger vehicle at another enterprise location. When I arrived to pick up the minivan I had reserved, they did not have the car I requested. The employee told me, We had more reservations then we have cars available. Sorry! Im sure you can imagine my frustration and disappointment, since I had my family packed and ready to go to the beach, but no car to get there! It was Saturday afternoon and most Enterprise locations close at 12. Since the other location was unwilling to help out in anyway and corporate had a wait time of 40min, My husband began calling every location within 50 miles. When we called the Acworth location, not only were the ladies there extremely empathetic and apologetic (more than I got gettin the other location) but they also went out of their way to accommodate our family. They had a minivan that was being returned at that time and basically stopped everything to get it detailed in ready for my husband and I to pick up, even though we would have gladly accepted it in the condition it was in. We were about hour away from Acworth at the time and they were scheduled to close in 35 minutes. However, without even us asking, all staff members were willing to stay until we could get there to ensure that we can had the car we requested to go on our vacation. This entire staff at the Acworth Enterprise went above and beyond my expectations! They were willing to correct a problem that they didnt cause. While standing in the lobby at the other location, I was bounded determined I would never use Enterprise Car Rentals again. However, after my experience with the ladies at the Acworth location I will only use the Acworth enterprise and highly recommend them to everyone else!

I have rented from my same location in Kennesaw Ga for years. Wouldnt dream of using another. The only time I used another rental company was from an airport pick up. And that experience was horrible. Love my enterprise

I usually do not use Enterprise due to there horrible fleet options. There customer service is good, but for a car rental company, you need a safe and reliable car. The first car they gave me had a tire light on, i caught it before leaving the parking lot. They changed it in for a Jeep that just came from service for an oil change and tune up... I drove 2 miles to get my bag to discover a major oil leak. About 2-3 qts of oil spilled on my drive way... this could have been very bad if i was on the road and this took place. Enterprise does not invest in trained techs to ensure quality inspections. poor quality fleet.
