They have worked on multiple cars from 3 to 20 years old over a number of years. They have worked on multiple family members cars as well. They are honest, offer wise counsel, and are sensitive to your individual situation. Their work is quality. They use good parts. They offer a fair price for work done well. Can’t think of a single complaint after more than a decade of trusting Chuck and his staff with our cars. You can’t do better and won’t be disappointed.

There is a reason Cabena’s is so highly rated. That’s because an honest, quality, and friendly shop is extremely difficult to find these days. I recently brought my daughters car in because it didn’t pass emissions. When Chuck saw the code that the car was throwing that caused it to not pass, he told me that he had seen this many times before. The car needed a new transmission. I was in doubt and asked him to go ahead and diagnose the vehicle anyway just in case it could be something similar which Chuck agreed to do because there is always a first time for anything. After spending two days on the car and over an hour on the phone with Toyota the car in fact needed a transmission. Chuck gave us options of a low miles used transmission and a Toyota rebuilt transmission. I went with the least expensive route and went for the used. Chuck was able to find a transmission with only 3000 miles on it!! Practically brand new. We went ahead and approved the repair on Monday and all work was completed by Wednesday afternoon. They even filled the gas tank, because they had to drive it so much, and went ahead and got another emissions test done (it passed). I can not say enough good things about Cabenas auto!

I’ve found the mechanic to service my new Subaru!! I took a new to me car in today for a used car inspection and I was so pleased with the service!! I was given a same day appointment with friendly and knowledgeable service! Chuck is very helpful and gave my car the go ahead on the purchase with great pointers and FYIs. I will absolutely be using them in the future. This is the place to trust your car with!

An honest and competent mechanic is not always easy to find. I have had my Mazda 5 in twice and both repairs were done correctly and quickly. I was also pleased that they did not add unnecessary repairs just to pad the bill. In fact, I mentioned that I might need brake work and they suggested I wait for another several months as it was not needed right now. They have earned my loyalty.

Good service and good people. Besides taking good care of my car they take good care of me. I had a heavy front door delivered late at night placed on my driveway in a flash flood watch. I couldnt move it and was afraid it would get damaged if I didnt get it in the garage. The people that sold it to me and the delivery company would not help. Im having to replace my right wheel bearing after Cabena’s have repaired it TWICE In less than 21,000 miles. I could go up there bc it’s still under warranty! I do not care for the way I’m treated by the owner. CJ is so nice and wants to be helpful, to bad he’s not the owner!

I came in to Cabenas to have my noisy Toyota Camry looked at. It had a roaring sound that got louder as the speed increased. Turns out I had a bad wheel bearing that needed to be replaced. They explained everything to me that had to be done. They called me back to let me know there was another problem with the car that needed to be addressed at the same time. I appreciate their honesty and fair pricing to fix the car. I was amazed when I drove home how quiet my car was. With only 151,000 miles, my car should last for at least another 151,000 miles. Ill continue to take my car here for future service and repairs.

This shop is exactly what you look for in a business. One word...trustworthy! I do most of the work on my vehicles but every now and then I get stumped. A belt tensioner assembly was stuck on my Tundra and needed to be cut off. Less reputable shops wouldve charged me hundreds of dollars of labor after removing the radiator to make the job easier but Cabenas tech not only was able to finish the job without removing the radiator but got the job finished in just one hour! These guys know their craft!! Trust me to trust them. They definitely have a life long customer now! Not only excellent work on my Tundra but just overall great interaction with the owner and staff. Keep up the great work guys!

I moved to Woodstock two years ago and after trying out another auto shop I found Cabenas. My Lexus RX 350 is older so it now needs more regular maintenance. Cabenas has been great. I dont give 5 stars to anybody, but Cabenas earned it. I took my 05 TL to them based on a recommendation. My TL is my baby and has never been wrecked and never wrenched on. In fact, had never been towed until a recent incident. They had to do some major surgery - and it was like they never lifted the hood when I got it back. They MORE than lifted the hood. The hood was completely off when I went by at one point. Very professional - treated my car as if it was their own. No shortcuts, no games. Provided options and openly discussed pros/cons/cost. Chuck and his team were awesome to work with. My Acura will never go anywhere else.

I had a list of things I wanted Cabenas to look at for my Lexus. While reviewing the items I was told that for some minor items I could probably get those done cheaper elsewhere. Excuse me? What Ok that caught me off guard. Then another item came down to me just requesting they just get me a part. Again - I could probably get this done cheaper another way. I was caught off guard with the ol 1-2 punches of honesty - as I was a little bit woozy. Sure I read the reviews but to discover for myself they were true was a surprise. Who do you think you are telling me the truth?Finally, it was decided there my starter needed to be replaced. While doing they diagnostics, I was told they had problems hooking up the diagnostic machines and getting a reading from my vehicle. It turns out they looked around a little more and found a piece of metal from one of those USB chargers in my cigarette lighter that was causing fuses to continually blow. Seriously? I believe if it would have been any other shop they would have given up or who knows - charge me for something else that didnt need to be fixed.So yes I recommend Cabenas without a doubt.

Absolute best auto repair shop Ive experienced! I have a 2006 Toyo Highlander, I had received a quote for repairing the AC from another auto repair shop, it was astronomical, I stopped by Cabenas Japanese Auto Care to get a second quote. Chuck did a thorough inspection and explained in detail what he found and what the cost would be to repair. It was half the cost of what I was previously quoted. I am so happy I found Cabenas and will only bring my vehicles here for any future major repairs. Aside from the excellent service, the shop is very clean with a nice waiting room that offers t.v., snacks and drinks. This is an A+ company!

Being a die-hard Toyota owner, I wouldnt trust my Yotas to anyone else. Cabenas Japanese Auto Care is quick, efficient and highly professional. They are always thorough in their work, no back and forth trying this and trying that. Their combined multi-year, multi-generational knowledge shows.

Chuck has been my mechanic since 1992. Ive owned six Toyotas in that time and Chuck and his team have worked on all of them. I recommend Cabenas Auto without hesitation to all my friends. They are honest, reliable, courteous, take pride in their work and provide service that is of much higher quality than what I have experienced through dealerships. And, the best part is that is all comes at a lower cost than what I used to pay at the dealership. Chuck always provides advice and recommendations that are in my best interest. Even if it means less billable dollars for him and that, to me, is invaluable.

Bait and switch tactic. Needed a quote for a door regulator. Call the business for a quote, they couldnt give me an approximate amount but want to charge a diagnostic fee of a $105 dollars for something Ive already had checked out with another mechanic. I can only assume that the price to get a regulator installed would be much more pricier than I could imagine. People please take your business elsewhere!

I normally go to Honda service for all of my car maintenance and services. In the last service, I was told that my car needed two works done that will costs me over a thousand. I was frustrated since I keep the car well maintaned. This prompted me to look for other option. In my search, I found Cabenas Japanese Auto Care through Google. With their great reviews, I decided to bring my car here. After the technician checked my car, I was told that the two Honda recommended repairs were not needed and that parts were in good condition. On the other hand, the technician found a different part that really needs replacement to keep the car in good condition. The repair required much less money out of my pocket.The service was excellent. The owner and staff were courteous, friendly and accomodating. I was welcomed and treated well. Susan, one of the staff drove me home and picked me up when the job was done. Their price is also reasonable. I highly recommend this auto shop, if your car is no longer under warranty.

Pleased with the service Ive received at Cabenas both times Ive taken my Hondas in. Their prices have been fair and their customer service is great. Recently, I took my 04 Accord in because it was making strange sounds from the front wheels. Of course, when I took it in, it didnt make the sound! But they drove it around and looked into possible explanations. When they didnt find any and couldnt get the sound to come back, they let me know and didnt charge me for the inspection! Im thankful to have found what seems so far to be a good solution for auto repair needs in the Woodstock/Acworth area.

Ive had Chuck service my 2003 Camry twice now. Once for my Catalytic converter once for a waterpump and a few other issues. There is no way Im trusting my car and my wallet with anyone else. If I have a major repair I know exactly who to call. Chucks price on the Catalytic converter was $135 dollars less than my 2nd best estimate. Not only that but I know that hes got the experience to do nearly any job right.Ive recommended him to my friends and now to the interwebs.

Nice people but quoted me $1750 for a front catalytic converter replacement. Clearly not a very resourceful bunch, my other mechanic laughed when I told him what I was quoted.

As always Chuck and CJ accommodated me with an on-time experience with no complications.

Our Mazda had a nagging oil leak that was finally diagnosed and fixed here. I will be going back the next time we need service.
