I was totally content with my insurance rates at a different company, but I asked Kory to quote all of my policies. For the same coverage I currently had, Kory was able to beat the rates by 10%+!! Our house on Roof surface replacement” knowing the majority of cost would be on homeowner. WHAT AM I PAYING YOU FOR??? I AM REPORTING TO THE STATE’S INSURANCE COMMISSIONER!!!After speaking to another Allstate agent who told me that my agent should have fought for better coverage for my roof, I realize it was this agent did a poor job. Rory Rykman is not to be trusted. I would not recommend this agency.

First of all, how unprofessional is it to put our names on the web like that. Secondly I did not speak to the 1800 number. I specifically talked to a Kory Rykman. I told him that I couldnt pay the full balance of both months. He said when do you think you can make a payment. I said between the 20th or 27th, he in turned said, as long as you pay it on or before September 20th, because by then Ill be dropped completely. I said problem, it can be paid by then. It wasnt on August 2nd. It was in the middle of the month. After I received a letter in the mail. Not too mention I paid you guys 233 dollars. And you took my money and cancelled my policy anyway after I was told something completely different.

Have not had a great experience. The agent that I worked with to get my home insurance and car insurance has not responded to 3 emails I’ve sent in the last 2 months. He was great at first but then he processed my fiancé’s car only to call us back 2 days later telling us he missed a change in Allstate policy as it pertained to previous coverage and my fiancé no longer had coverage. We had to scramble to find him another option. He said he’d send us some type of gift card for the mistake - never received anything, but of course that was the least of my worries. Just don’t think there was a need to promise something and then not deliver. I lost coverage on my car a few weeks later due to not providing proof of previous coverage. I had emailed him 2-3 different documents and he never communicated that they were not sufficient. I reinstated my coverage by calling the customer service line (1800 number) on a weekend. I then was asked to provide the same documentation, which made sense. I sent them something and was told that was not what they needed. I missed calls from them (my fault) but every time I called back, my agent was not in the office or not available. I also didn’t have great luck with my previous insurance company in receiving the documentation Allstate needed. It’s been very difficult working with this agency. I lost coverage once again and was not notified of that.

Allstate and Kory have been great. Super customer service oriented and really knowledgeable about cars. Im only trusting my precious vehicles with his agency from now on.

Started my policy with 2 vehicles on same date and time with this agency. DVM sent me a letter stating a lapse in coverage on 1 vehicle and not the other?? Back and forth nearly 3 weeks with DMV, Tag Office and this insurance agency. DMV is addiment that insurance provider needs to go back to portal to update my coverage dates. Spoke with arrogant, angry, and combative office manager yesterday seconds after speaking with DMV – contrary to popular belief my experience with DVM, Tag office reps were way more helpful and pleasant in trying to resolve the issue than the insurance agency office manager. Perhaps it was a preview of what’s to come if I had a serious issue with a claim on my home or vehicles.WOW! . . . more excuses below, you got VIN right on my Audi but not my BMW is your argument now? I inputted the VIN wrong at your office? Seriously?????
