5 yr old Kenmore Elite refrigerator/freezer was not cooling. First technician replaced compressor, but the unit did not cool over 24 hours. Second technician came the next day and ordered parts for another service appointment in 10 days (evaporator, condenser, dryer, and refrigerant valve). I appreciated receiving the compressor under warranty, the prompt next day response for the second visit, and not getting any additional charges for parts or service, but it would have been nice if all the issues were detected the first time.

Just trying to ask a simple question and couldnt talk to anyone on the phone
