The absolute best service I’ve ever received while dealing with insurance.My husband and I had found an adorable home in the school area we desperately wanted to move to for our daughter. After setting a budget and agreeing on a price with the seller that just *barely* fit in, we found out the home was in a floodplain. All of the sudden, I was faced with paying an extra $50-$100 or even $150 a month for flood insurance on top of a previous home insurance quoted at $1200. With my husband commuting over a hundred miles a day to teach, the home just wasn’t affordable to us anymore.John Austin changed that.
