Very friendly agent and staff. I switched to Farmers from State Farm. My experience has already been phenomenal. Lanam Hodges gets to know his clients and is very personable. He checked in with me after my first accident to make sure I was okay and all my questions were answered. I feel safe and secure with this company and would highly recommend Lanam and his staff to any and all customers seeking a new insurance provider, or even just a different agent.
