My husband went through this company for his SR-22 and everything went well until he no longer needed it. When he called to cancel he was told to wait for a letter from DPS. DPS does not send a letter. The insurance companies can see the information for when the policy is no longer needed. They stole months of premium from him on a policy that was no longer needed. Then we were told that if he wanted to cancel he would need to fax in a letter. When I faxed the letter I was told the payment wouldnt be taken for the month. It was. Then I was told we would be issued a full refund. We were not. Instead we were charged a fee that was undisclosed to us for cancelling in the middle of the term. Either these people are thieves or just very uninformed. Either way we paid the price for it. Lesson learned. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
