The store is owned by a couple who are really friendly and professional. An added plus is their prices are way cheaper than all other comparable stores from Bel Air to White Marsh. I definitely recommend them with full confidence

I took my mechanical watch here to see if it needed any work done. The guy there (looks about 40-45, bald, bearded) told me it was in fine condition and didnt charge me for anything. I ended up staying there for another half hour getting tips and advice on how to take care of the watch. It was clear that he knew everything about them and was an honest guy. I would take any time piece here with confidence that you will get great service.

Incredible place to get your jewelry or watch serviced. The husband and wife (beautiful red head by the way) team that run it are amazing people with a genuine care for what they do and for their customers full satisfaction of it. There is also a nice selection of jewelry to purchase on site as well. I will never go anywhere else after the fantastic interaction and service I had with them today.

Went in to have my husbands watch batteries replaced, the lady that waited on me was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Easy to talk to and hold a convo with while I waited on her husband to replace the batteries. Took less then 10mins for both watches, cost $22.50 total. A little more than I expected to pay but I didnt mind because there was comfort in knowing its done right & with no damage to my property. The gentleman even took a moment to set the watches to the correct time which he didnt have to do- its the little things that speak loudly to customers!

Honest, friendly, fair, professional. I actually get excited if jewelry breaks or a watch battery dies because it means spending a little time here.

Man needs a major attitude adjustment they r the place to go for fast work but Id rather wait the few extra days and have it done right he simply did not want my Business and thats fine he could of just said so instead of giving me excuse after excuse but with past things I have taken to him I was disappointed to see my Items look bad after a day or two
