Convenient spot to get a u-haul... Sadly not there anymore

I used this location for a uhaul rental. They messed up on the order, failing to add the utility dolly to the contract. After my daughter dropped the truck and dolly in Puyallup in early September, I received a call from the Puyallup location that the dolly was past due. I found out, at that time, the Aberdeen location started a separate contract for a dolly. It is now over 30 days late. Why is it so hard for a two piece rental to be done correctly? Why did the drop off location not realize they had an extra dolly? Maybe they don’t care to alert their office staff of this? My daughter has several witnesses that the dolly was never used and left in the truck when it was turned back in. I was over planning in adding the item in case she needed one. I have called the aberdeen location yesterday and today. No answer. I’ve left messages. No reply or call. Next step!!

My glowing review was a bit premature. When I bought the car the salesman went on and on about how he was the mechanic that went through the car inch by inch and how great the car was. A few months later, while stopping by to make a payment, I asked him about a noise the car was making and how hard the clutch would be to change out. He replied how should I know? Im not a mechanic. red flag #1. This week I rented a Uhaul from these creeps. I had it for 3 hours and drove 4 miles . The gas gauge never moved, I put a half gallon in and still never moved. I returned the truck with a quarter tank, just like I picked it up. And they charged me 48 dollars for gas. When we called to dispute it, the owner repeatedly hung up on us. Buyer beware. The car deal was not a bad one, but dishonesty runs deep in this business.
