Went to Krohs looking for some shrubs and some landscaping planning advice. Michelle was incredibly helpful and gave us great feedback on our plans. I 100% recommend going to Krohs if youre looking for expert advice on gardening and landscaping. We cant wait to go back in the spring to get some peonies and other flowering shrubs!

First time was a great impression. Came 7minutes before closing on a Sunday. Couldnt decide . Jeff was still courteous and patient with us and guided us to a great new cherry tree for our backyard. He gave me very easy instructions for planting and care. Needless to say we will be back again

This business is a true Harford County gem! Fantastic plant selection and excellent advice. Jeff Sachs and his staff provide awesome customer service. They helped me and my wife replace 4 trees that we had lost this spring and re-landscaped our entire front yard this fall. They did wonderful job and we love our yard again!

Krohs is NOT a reputable nursery or landscaping business. I wouldnt purchase their products or services ever again. They dont have the experienced personnel to properly review and oversee what is being planted to the design specs. Ive experienced having the wrong trees and shrubs planted, the design had shrubs that arent conducive to the level of sunlight in the area, so shrubs and trees died and the landscaping wasnt even completed as designed. The trees were planted with the wire basket still around the bulb of the tree and they planted a 20 foot tree directly on top of my gas line. This obviously caused problems to the gas line and caused extensive repair costs. I was told by the owner of Krohs, Jeff, they dont warrant workmanship. And, they only provide a limited warranty on the products (trees, shrubs, plants). I replaced many of my shrubs and 2 trees at my own expense. They may claim to be economical, but in the long run it isnt worth it when youre left to manage the replacement costs of the products and the cost of poor quality workmanship. My experience has been horrific, to say the least!! Id never recommend Krohs to anyone!

Ran out of fuel on my new-to-me motorcycle. The crew at Krohs were very kind, had a laugh with me, and gave me a splash of fuel so I could get to the gas station. They did not ask for anything in return. I will be stopping by later this summer to get plants for my wife. Great team and very very professional operation.All around A+ people!

I have been a customer of KROHS for 20+ years they have always been great. They have hard to find products in stock, and if they dont have what you need they order it and some times will start to stock it for you! You cant get that kind of service at the big chain stores.

I enjoy this place. Only spot my family gets its plants and trees from.
