He had me waiting because he was helping someone else out. Shows up an hour later with an attitude says its gonna cost me $500 to just pull me out of the snow my tractor slipped into whiles backing into a dock. Tried negotiating and he said he would leave me there if tried to negotiate the price with him. I hope he sees this. Please make sure to try other alternatives before calling this company.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Helped us on a Saturday, they are open until noon. Service was priced fair, I would use them again.

I had no marker lights on truck and trailer and after an hour of wasting my time he told me he didnt feel like working on it! I kinda thought this was a repair shop? Apparently he only works on things his precious little hands feel like! Avoid this company with all cost unless you like getting pumped in the rear dry!

Truck broke down and I had them tow the truck to their shop. They were able to repair right away and the charge was not bad. One month later had to make the same repair and then we realized that the previous repair was done less than professional. Never again. There are other places to have repairs done.

I showed up a little after closing time and needed a U haul trailer. The folks at Knights took the extra time out of their busy day, to help me after hours, to get a trailer, do the paperwork, and help hook it up. OUTSTANDING customer service! Came towed us in and fixed our pickup by 11 am the next day so we could back on the road. Very reasonably priced. The fella who towed us and fix our pickup was very nice. Would recommend this place.

They bought a truck at auction for 24k they did no work to it and listed on eBay for 49.9k. I called them out on it and they guy tried to lie about the buying price at auction. He offered to send me the auction paperwork to prove he is telling the truth. He then told me I dont want to sell the truck to you. Rip off artists. Dont buy anything from them unless you got a bottle of lube with you.

Dallas and Christian did a great job in a respectable amount of time. At a far price. I wouldnt have a problem with taking my truck back there or referring someone else there. Thanks guys for getting me rolling!!1 week after these guys replaced my clutchI paid a second vist to knight towing and truck repair due to a rearend problem once again these guys jumped immediately on my truck a replaced both rearends and did other work. They got me rolling again and did a great job. Thanks to Dallas and his crew.

This company is not even worth a phone call. There was absolutely no integrity in their four hour delay for a jump start, that led to the driver decided he wasnt up to coming out so late. A waste of my time and his, would have been better to never call.

But when I ask for help, when Im calling you, clearly worried, and when I tell u Im alone and dont know what else to do. Dont respond and say yeah cant help youThen when I asked how long it would be until you could you said not tonight youre a 24 hour towing company, I would think you would find a minute to help me. Ill never ever call this place again, and I hope it youre reading this you dont either. AWFUL customer service.

Called these guys for help with tire blown on a tractor. They did not even know the difference between a car tire and a 295 retread for a 53 ft trailer.

This guy is very bad news. I went to him to put a part on my truck that i had located at a salvage yard. He said he would get it and put it on that it would take two days to get it in . And put it on. When i came back two days latter. He didnt get the part and he said i owed him 800.00 for diagnostic work on my truck 800.00 for nine hours of work. He didnt get the part because he said it was the wrong one. I talked him down to 500.00. The price he charged for ransom to get my truck back. I went to another shop got the part and my truck works go now. Stay away from dallas he is a thief .
