Driver has always been curious and pretty prompt.

Absolutely excellent service! Every driver is wonderful! Very reliable service! Very attentive! Always safe driving and very professional! My son is 2 years old and he is always with me and he loves our taxi rides. He feels safe. Please ignore any bad reviews. That cannot be possible! The experience is what you also make of it. I have been utilizing Harbour Taxi for two years. I have never once had a bad driver and I have never had a bad experience. The drivers are always kind and courteous! Very respectful and have positive attitudes! I am extremely happy with their service! Also I must add, Harbour Taxi is doing amazing with grocery pickup! Going above and beyond providing this service! I am so grateful! The rate is great! Thank you so much Harbour Taxi!

Awesome drivers and Mike is cool and Owner is awesome I know her son and daughter .Very professional unlike there rivals I hate Abby Cabbi is a nightmare on elm street there worse than Freddy Krueger .And Sue at Abby Cabbi is evil and should be fired avoid Abby Cabbi and especially Sue female night shift driver .I always have to call Harbor Taxi because Abby Cabbi hangs up on there customers and has a evil crazy lady that overcharges and changes price on meter when your stopping somewhere greedy and corrupt .I love your staff at Harbor Taxi professional and never ripped me off or pretends to get lost to run up meter .

The following reasons are why i do not reccomend this service and had to leave the taxi asap due to anxiety:Driver swerves off lane/road 25+ times.Driver is physically unable to stay in their own lane.Driver fully turns around whilst driving 3-4 times.Driver also almost has side to side collision with 4 other cars.Driver proceeds to drive a fluctuant 10 above and below the speed limit and is usually far under the limit if not doing the following.Driver proceeds to drive almost bumper to bumper with 4 different cars over a total tracked 35 miles.Rush-idly makes turns and leaves blinkers on for aprox. 1 mile after her turn or lane shift.Driver almost has 2 collisions with semi/large carry trucks.Told price of ride: $307.70Actual price after she add own tip: $369.24Please save yourself some money and stress and get a diffrent taxi.

I will never call this company ever again until they completely change their attitude and your customer service. I was nice enough to call one last time to request a ride from the sand resort to Ocean Shores inn suites and this disrespectful driver or dispatcher screams at me over the phone saying he’s going to demand to charge me 60 bucks like he’s picking me up in Aberdeen well he’s not picking me up in Aberdeen. Disrespectful customer service if I were you guys do not call this company they are disrespectful switch to Abby taxi

Cab drivers like to speed in town and ran not one, but 3 stop signs almost hitting another vehicle in Walmart parking lot. The driver was very rude. Her cab number was 105

Usually very quick to arrive, presentable friendly drivers.

Dont take and be too expensive gossipping

They were super fast with showing up to pick me up and when i told him what happened (I locked my keys in my car) they had a solution and the cheapest by far to help me get my car open, thanks guys!

We called for a ride from Aberdeen to ocean shores..the driver mike was very nice and at our place to get us very quickly...it was a comfortable ride and we had great conversation with him...we will defently take this taxi again...

Aggressive driver, poor space management altogether unprofessional service

Very nice company. They are prompt and on three different occasions they went out of their way to get me home safe. Never takes more than about fifteen minutes for them to arrive. Drivers are very polite as well.

Neighbor was getting groceries dropped off Van driver parked in another neighbors driveway and was very rude and argumentative when she was asked to move her van so that the neighbor that she was blocking could leave to go to work

Unprofessional, the woman who came to pick me up was clearly a meth addict. The taxi was a mini van that was shabby and about 10 years old. She had other passengers in the taxi and wanted to drop them off first before collecting a friend to ride with her to drop me off because that would make her feel safer. I told her to buzz off, walking is better folks. AVOID

Called for a ride and waited 40 minutes in the rain to call and find out they were delivering flowers. Bad business.

Harbour taxi is the worst cab company ever. The drivers drive reckless like Sue and Terry. The best driver is Shelly yellow cab is much cheaper than harbour taxi. Harbour taxi is high price and got some rude people except Shelly

Worst taxi service Ive ever used. Show up way past the estimated time. And if youre not standing in the rain waiting for them, they only wait a minute or two and then leave. They are rude, and if one of the drivers are sick they take it out on customer. Dont waste your time or money! Definitely not worth it!!!

I LOVE how we have our Evening Walks.And see their Vans running Drug Deals.Never mind,.. RUNNING STOP SIGNS.

This taxi service drops off people to a known drug house and waits for them to go in and come out. When I called them to inform of what was going on at this house and what they may potentially be involving themselves, in unknowingly, the driver admitted that he knew already and had no plans to stop. Word of advice, the people coming and going from this house are not only addicts but also filthy. If you use this service please understand they are helping to contribute to the decline of our neighbors and you may bring home unwanted bugs.

Called at 3:30 in the morning on a Wednesday to get my sister home from work so they were obviously not busy yet my sister waited over 1/2 hour in the freezing cold and they never bothered to even show up !! So I called Abby taxi and they were there less than 5 minutes later !! These people suck!!

Tried to get a ride home from the bar, they had to call and ask how to get there even though we gave them the address. Said 30 minutes but it’s been close to an hour and still no taxi. Extremely frustrating.

Called for cab, they took another call and didnt tell me.
