I have a couple of rental properties that were treated for termites years ago by Olsons Pest Technicians and now have yearly inspections with no recurrence. Billie does a great job with that and I am there when he inspects the buildings.I recently had a tenant report roaches in the kitchen. I contacted Olsons and the next day Billie was there. He was very knowledgeable and inspected each apartment and treated affected areas. Two weeks later he came for follow up and retreatment. Weve been customers of Olsons for almost two years getting monthly services, and we absolutely are appreciative of their service. When we moved in, the previous renters had let the place go to shambles, and as a result we have been battling a carpet beetle infestation leftover from the mess. Our Pest Control Technician is Billy from the Aberdeen office, and he has always been curteous in his services. We are always given notice of our monthly upcoming service, he takes care of the carpet beetle problem which has decreased tremendously, and he keeps an eye out for mice (we live on a farm) effectively keeping them out of our home. They have been essential in lessening our stress and putting us at ease with the carpet beetles!
