Good experience with the actual staff, some staff really tried hard (in reference to the PRP) and the drivers were compassionate, but they have a ton of clients and some of the clients are toxic at best. Not enough punishment for certain behaviors Ive seen. Ill spare the details.

I would never recommend Key Point out reach to anybody if you need help with something or someone bothering you they don’t care they don’t help They just keep on coming up with excuse after excuse. it’s just a shame I have to give them at least one star the only people who do there job are the maintenance men

Councilors are awesomeThe office staff not that great. Never returns calls. Will leave you on hold for long amounts of time.

Terrible, complete waste of time for me and my child. The only person who was helpful was the psychiatrist. The therapist was simply terrible and I wish I wouldnt have wasted my time thinking they would help.

The counselors and psychiatrist are awesome. They know what works for you.

It turns out that having a job means that your child cannot get any type of help.
