Its an excellent gym to train for all walks of life

Great location with plenty of equipment. Good locker room amenities. App with membership makes tracking your workouts very easy. So many members who come in and sit on equipment on their phones....very frustrating, particularly in the 30 minute circuit training area. Give it a try.

Great gym with loads of different work out options. Its always clean and well stocked with antibacterial, paper towels, and cleaning spray for the equipment. The hydromassage chairs/beds always seem to be on the fritz though.

Im here 7 days a week. :)Incredibly friendly staff.Daily inspiration board, which I LOVE!Very positive vibes and good energy in this place.Very clean.Lockers, lockers in the bathrooms, showers, changing rooms and plenty of selfie mirrors.Theres plenty to do here.There are no free bench press and bar here, but they have free hand weights, weight plates, benches and Smith machines.They keep up on the sanitizing in this place.As of right now you dont have to wear a mask while youre working out. Its just when you walk into the facility and around from one area to the next, you do.And I got Triumph of the month! August 2020. Basically, they recognize fitness gurus and offer them prizes for their dedicated hard work. They snap a photo of you and post it up on their monthly winner board. Pretty awesome!And yes. I posted selfies for motivational purposes only.

Planet Fitness is convenient and a good starter gym if you want to get into the gym life. It’s a little culty and I recently cancelled my membership due to covid concerns. Usually pretty crowded after work.

This has to be one of the biggest PF I’ve seen in a while. Even during busy hours there more then enough space!! Super clean and friendly staff!

The staff are always friendly. There is a good variety and quantity of equipment. It’s always kept clean. I love the 24/7 access that works around my busy schedule and the massage chairs and beds are a great bonus after a hard workout.

Excellent experience. Had a session with a trainer to help get started and it was perfect for our needs.

Its a clean planet fitness, there isnt much more to say. You wont find anything wrong here and the staff always seems happy to be there. The only odd part is there always seems to be a new person being trained at the counter.

Not very strick with the mask policy. There were people walling around the weight area with their mask completely off and not wiping down equipment after use. The tanning bed bulbs are not well maintained and either do nothing or burn you to a crisp

PF Aberdeen has really nice staff, the place is always well kept, and the atmosphere is always chill. I can show up and do what I want and always end my work outs with the hydro massage and total body enhancement :)

Kya has helped me on more issues than I can count. I will renew just because I know she is there keeping an eye on things.

Its a great place to go and work out. There are lots of different types of machines. It is very clean and it is complying with the covid laws that are in effect. I would recommend it.

I really like this location due to its size and that it is close to my house. Ive been to a handful of planet fitness gyms and this is the largest one. I would give it 5 stars, but sometimes the hydro massage beds dont function properly. Overall, I love it.

Planet Fitness Aberdeen is always clean, the equipment is well-maintained, & the staff is always super helpful & friendly. I’ve visited quite a few PFs over the years, and Aberdeen is the best, IMO.

I just recently returned to Planet Fitness for the first time since February 2020. The social distancing on the cardio equipment is great but in the weightlifting area at busy times its a little difficult.

Planet Fitness in Aberdeen is very clean. From the guests to the staff everyone is careful during these times. All of the Equipment work, and its a great environment to work out.

Class is great and the place is always clean and employees can be seen constantly cleaning machines and other high touch areas throughout the whole day

Professional and Clean. They deliver on the promise they offer for an affordable price! If you desire a powerlifter workout then you wont be able to achieve that here, but you can get a decent pump and workout here. They dont have barbells and their dumbbells max out at 75lbs. Overall good place to workout at.

Its big, the ceilings are HIGH and WHITE which makes it feel very open and bright. Its clean. The layout makes sense. Its a 10 on its own, and off the charts compared to other PF gyms in the DELMAR area (and even to some locations Ive been to out of State).

Great gym with functional equipment. Since it opened back up after the lock downs, it is never too crowded like it was before Covid hit. Plenty of hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies. Plus employees sanitize equipment at night. Its a win!

My go to reality place! No judgement. Love it💕 It was quite a shock yesterday when I showed up for my workout and was told that I didnt belong anymore. I had been down with a terrible summer cold. Apparently I missed my annual pay date. However, an email, phone call or anything would have been helpful. You can show up with a payment but may not feel up to a workout sometimes.

I enjoy this place. Always clean. Go in the middle of the night and theres hardly ever more than 3 or 4 people there. And just incase someone tells you that you cant get big working out at PF.. they need to learn how to workout correctly🤪🤪

My experience at Planet Fitness (Aberdeen) is always great! The staff is always extremely helpful and polite.Its always good to know that whenever I visit I’ll get a great workout done and the help I need or any questions I may have answered from such a excellent staff.

This was the first location I returned to once the Covid-19 closures were over. Very friendly staff, as with every location, cleaning stations are boldly labeled and fully stocked. I feel comfortable and safe being here while working out.

The staff is always the kindest and most respectful team! They work very hard to keep things clean and show that leadership there is always at its best!

Love working out at this gym. Plenty of equipment & not always too overly crowded like my old Gold Gym. I love that I can bring a guest with me anytime I want with black card membership and tanning is included. Heres to all my future fitness goals!!! :))

Cant beat it for the price. Other gyms have better equipment and less creatures walking around inside, but you pay a premium for that. I work out, but its not a hobby for me, so I go here.

Very clean and machines are socially distanced.

24 hours a day, has everything I need besides compound lifts that I do elsewhere. Definitely worth the price.

Great placeVery cleanI really like the 30 minute workout area. The only suggestion would be maybe to list the times of the 30 minute workout class a right at the area. I have started working out on my own and then a class started 15 minutes afterward. I felt like I was in the way. Maybe I would have signed up for the class or done something else in the gym.

I love this location! It is very clean, big, and has a great amount of equipment for all to use. The staff mainly Odin, is so super kind. I hope he get the blessing he deserves at this location. I will change location depending on how Im treated and made to feel comfortable. This man goes above and beyond, and no matter what issue you have; he will get it fixed or attempt to do so asap. I just want to thank him from myself for making it comfortable for me to come and enjoy myself. Im am a fit person but get nervous going to gyms around different strangers at night. However Mr. Odin takes that anxiety right away upon entering this location. I would like to add for my wish and bucket list that Planet fitness please take care of your great employees. This means a lot to all survivors who is already fighting for their health. The gyms not easy for us to do! Hydro Massage is a must after a run

The facility is very clean and equipment is plentiful. The staff is always hospitable and professional.

Always clean and staff is nice. Had just about everything you would need and cant beat the price when you factor in the Black Card amenities.

The facility is clean, never too crowded. The personal trainer Dave is the best thing about the membership, he really knows how to motivate and gives excellent advice on how to go about reaching your exercise goals, even if youre starting out with baby steps. I am not pleased, however, with the hydromassage beds and chairs, on many occasions they do not work properly.

I absolutely love the Planet Fitness. The early morning crew including, Matt, Emily and Dave make it an enjoyable place to be. It is always clean and there are plenty of machines and areas to work out. Every weekday morning I am greeted with a smile and welcome from Matt and he is always willing to go the extra mile to make my morning a pleasant one. And,on a side note, I truly love Bagel Tuesday. I havent missed a one since it opened. Please keep up the good work and thank you for being there for me!

This is a decent gym at a great price point. You really cant beat such a low cost membership. It would be nice to see a squat rack and a few more options. Some patrons dont follow gym ettiquette, but its usually easy to avoid those people and makes for an interesting story later.

A good starter gym! It gets super crowded sometimes during the day, but on the nights that they’re open it’s a perfect time to go, there’s almost nobody there and it’s not as overwhelming. My only complaint would be that I wish everyone there was better with gym etiquette. I’ve noticed many people don’t wipe down machines after using them. I have asked people to wipe down a machine after they got off and just walked away and started using a new machine. It’s something I would usually just ignore or do myself but I would rather they be made aware it’s something they’re supposed to do. I wish the staff would uphold this rule a little bit better but I know it’s difficult especially during peak hours.

Love it ! It is a newer facility that is well taken care of. They are always cleaning. Sometimes it gets busy like Monday evening but one just has to look and work out on a machine with a person on each side. Overall we are very happy.

Planet Fitness in Aberdeen is a great location to get a workout. The place is always very clean and the staff is always helpful. There is so much equipment and space that it never feels crowded and there is always exercise equipment available. You can have a great place like this to go for $10 a month is awesome. You cant beat it!! I highly recommend Planet Fitness!

Jordan Molinaro was the best help an absolute newcomer to PF could ask for. She gave me a very informative tour, and she was able to answer all of my questions about pricing, machinery, and the goal of PF itself. I trust her expertise and advice. Every establishment should have an employee like Jordan, she knows what she is doing.

Theres plenty of machines to use and theres not usually any lunks there. However more free weights would be good. Its usually crowded around the dumbells unless I go around the odd hours

Great gym. Clean, great staff

Stopped in this morning to tan after work, was asked to show my goggles to tan. I did not have them and was told in order to purchase them it could only be charged no cash. To be totally honest just because some one shows that have protective eye wear it does not mean they are going to wear them. I am a 50 year old female and dont appreciate being questioned by a child after a 12 hour shift. Now if it was mandatory when I joined then no question.

This location is great! All of the equipment is functional and clean. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly. Matt always greets you with a smile and has great customer service. I definitely recommend this gym.

I’ve been to five Planet Fitness locations, and Aberdeen is the best. The staff are consistently very friendly, and Dave the trainer is awesome. Even when it’s crowded, I can usually get the machines I want with short/reasonable waits. I was a member of a private gym in Bel Air and for one-fifth the monthly rate, I have the equipment I need, no children running into me everywhere I turn, no gross wet locker room floor from pool users, and I can work out late Sunday (not an option given the other gym’s hours). Dave helps with specific program questions and gives advice whenever I ask (totally free), and his classes are great. At the Bel Air gym, any question was met with an upsell pitch for monthly packages of trainer’s time...which I bought once and totally regretted. At PF Dave has given me far more valuable info on the fly, at no extra cost. Plus, parking is a breeze (also not the case at the other gym). I’m very happy with PF Aberdeen.

Most up to date gym for a planet fitness Ive been to. Love that the lockers have personal pin locks on them! I wish every location had this!

During peak periods such as 4 to 6 PM there is usually only one associate at the service desk to check people in, sign up new members, or assist gym users. Wait times are unreasonable.Tanning rooms; problems with patrons using the utility towers (trash bin, towel and cleaning spray holder, shelf) inappropriately caused the staff to relocate them to in the hallway. Now a person has no place to put items except on the floor. Im not really comfortable putting my eye glasses on the floor. Suggest maybe installing a small shelf on the wall. Rooms and booths need to be cleaned more often. They are sometimes pretty nasty.Staff associates are pleasant, helpful and courteous. I enjoy their interactions.

The local gym has updated a lot of their equipment and are doing a great job keeping the gym clean. It is a very busy gym but if you go in the off peak times it offers a great experience.

As a black card member I have used multiple locations around Baltimore and Washington. This one is among the best. However there are areas where they can do better which lead to my 3-star rating:1. Repair of equipment on which the electronics do not work properly. I.e. video and audio channels missing or not working at all. It is a real nuisance to get your routine started and discover there is no sound.2. Enforcing their own rules: it is routine to see customers not wiping down equipment after they use it. Employees seem oblivious and make no attempt to confront violators. Also at certain times of the day, patrons tend to gather around equipment, having social contact while the equipment is blocked.3. As a major tenant in this center, PF should not be tolerating the rampant daily disregard of the established fire lane by a neighboring tenant (Enterprise); who runs its business in the fire lane creating a dangerous traffic situation for its customers as well as PFs. Complain to the landlord and get it stopped. With another tenant about to take the empty Mars space, its only going to get worse.4. It seems that one of the entry/exit doors has been broken regularly since the place opened. Get it addressed and be done with it.

No hassle. No intimadating contracts.....right price....just a place to work out @ your leisure......and enjoy!

I love the gym and the people that work there. Also the personal trainers are top notch!!!! The only issue I would say is the fact that sometimes I feel like I have to fight for the bench press but Im cool with that lmao!!!

I joined the gym online and when I came to get my card and tour, well the tour wasn’t even brought up. I just took my card and started working out. I was really disappointed with the service I received. I have been a member before but I wasn’t a black card holder.

Loved it!!! I travel all over the US, and this gym is one of the top gyms in my list. Theres enough space for everyone to be working out, plenty of machines for cardio, but the best part that distinguish this gym from the others is the lockers! You dont need a lock to secure your belongings. Good job planet fitness!!!

I love this gym, I go really early or really late to avoid a lot of people. Love all of the equipment really wish you guys had more free weights and a few row machines 👌👌
