The guys are always friendly and helpful in the recycling center.

Website says open 8 to 12. But yet door is not unlocked to drop off recycling. Try to call the office and no one answers. If u are not going to do drop offs anymore or cant open doors at proper time maybe u should post something.

They wont return phone calls. They cant keep accounts accurate. Get hung up on when you have a problem and you sit with no service. The cost to dump your own house trash is 3x what it is to have service weekly. Terrible services!

Our recycling has not been picked up for the last 3 weeks. I am starting to call Dependable Sanitation Undependable Sanitation. I dont understand why.

They keep taking the recycling bins, stating we can only have one. Done recycling.
