When I see a Harms Oil truck. I have extreme fear. To know their drivers cant smell dangerous gas and take a normal precaution is one of the most eye opening things I have seen. Harms should lose all hazardous material hauling until they prove they can handle the simple stuff again. Avoid Harms trucks. They hire incompetent people with no training, apparently.. SMH.
