I was recently traveling through Aberdeen on a weekend getaway and trying to work on my MacBook Pro while traveling. I was experiencing significant problems and needed help immediately to finish some upcoming deadlines. I called ahead of time, to ensure someone could work my Apple product and would be available on a late Friday afternoon. Dave gave us directions to his new location, greeted us with a handshake, was friendly, available and very helpful. Though he hadnt run across my particular issue in the past, he was willing to research it and seemed very genuine in wanting to help resolve it. He was courteous and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Dave and his crew if you need any assistance with your computer!
